On the Ball were great to communicate with - I simply messaged them through facebook and made a date for them to come to my place in their van. As Joffrey is just a puppy, Becca suggested just giving him a shot in the van without any actual grooming, just to get him used to the experience. Becca was so good with Joffrey, friendly and comforting and he really loved her. She showed him the scissors, clippers and comb, and was really gentle and getting him used to these new things. Joffrey was really happy throughout and she was even able to clip his paws without any problems. I'll definitely be using On the Ball for all Joffrey's grooming as Becca made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable.

Milly is in a huff with us for days when she comes home as Sam and her family spoil her rotten. I know milly is in safe hands and is cared for. Sam is a genuine dog lover and this shows when sam picks her up, and milly is always glad to see her. Sam also sends regular texts on how your pet is and will pick your dog up for free if your within 3 miles. The dogs are walked regulary and have fun. Like i say, milly looks forward to staying with sam and her family and we treat it as a wee holiday for her. Sam keeps your pet in her own home and not in a miserable concrete kennel. i will recommend sam to anyone looking to have their dog walked and or boarded. im glad I found her,and so is milly ;)
