They can groom to breed standards (for those, unlike me, who have pedigrees) and to your own preferences (for example some people prefer their dogs to keep their feathering, whilst others prefer to remove it to prevent matting!). It costs my friend about £26 for her dog to be bathed, brushed, clipped and have her nails trimmed, and she's always been very happy with the results.
