It was a dicey job for anyone but Coty, Tommy & Big Nick made fast and efficient work in less than 2 hours. They cleaned up the limbs, leaves and chainsaw dust and left our back yard pristine. I'll trust my arborist needs to no one but Cortese. They do it right!

That was 11 days before the originally scheduled appointment. The Cortese employee showed up today anyway and said he had never gotten a message and that he would have to charge us $45 if he left (a fee I could find nowhere on their website). My husband told him to go ahead and do the free estimate then, and the price he quoted us ended up being 2-3x the other two quotes we received. Unlike the other estimates, this one also did not include any stump grinding. At best, the office communication needs to be improved. At worst, this was a dishonest sales gimmick. Either way, I would be leery about hiring this company to do work on my property.

Moved heavy bricks from around my fire pit and said they would come back to put back in place, never did come back. His crew fought the whole time to the extent my neighbors were concerned. Left pretty big oil spot on my driveway being parked there. Tree fell on my fence and broke from falling on it, was told they would send someone to fix in two days, one week has gone by and no one came out leaving a hole about 6 feet between me and my neighbors yard and to top it off won't respond to me reaching out to them or respond to the messages I've left them, was told they would come back and finish the job and same thing nothing after I paid in full, left trash on my deck from lunch, really disappointed as I tried to let them do the right thing as they promised and finally gave up and have to spend more to fix the problem then original price he gave me, good luck!

They were responsive through the entire process and made things rather easy. Completed the entire job as specified and did it well. Tree trimming and the removal of several large bushes. The team was very nice overall to deal with. I highly recommend them.
