They are very nice and do great work. They are definitely all about taking care of your pet. It's great to support a local business instead of a chain. Take your pets here. But because they're good you may have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment. Or you can use their self wash feature too. read more

This place wasn't the worse but in my opinion was not the overall best. I took my 5 in a half month old maltipoo in for her first grooming and keep in mind she in my first pup so I didn't know how the ends and outs of grooming goes. Coming into her appt, I was not aware I was suppose to bring her shot records in (obviously it's probably common sense to some people but again, first time dog owner and I take full responsibility for this). Another issue I was kinda of sad about was, I was not aware as well that her first visit she wouldn't be getting a full grooming because since she's new with grooming they want her to get use to it first.. which I totally understand and it's not a big deal but I honestly just wish they told me ahead of time when I called to make her appt. They knew she was a puppy since they did ask for her age. I was super hyped up for her first hair cut since she's my first baby and the firsts are always something exciting to look forward too. I was told she would not be getting a full haircut but a slight trim (might I add, I would of never known if I didn't mention first hand on how I wanted her hair cut). However, I did love how they trimmed her paws since she's a maltipoo, she's really hairy and she's white so she gets dirty really fast. But as for her body it didn't look like much was really done besides a slight trim to her fur. Another issue that kinda of bugged me was the guy that was helping me. He was just not it. His costumer service was why I didn't give this place better stars. See I'm a really understanding person and all the other stuff I mentioned in the beginning is understandable, I couldn't really be mad at it BUT this guy just does not communicate with you. One, I really couldn't understand anything he was saying and maybe it was because of the whole mask thing but idk it was really difficult to understand him, and two, when I got there I felt like I was running the whole show. He just kinda stares at you. It's like he expected me to just bring my pup in and leave with no questions asked. He asked me NOTHING! He told me nothing!!! If I didn't bring up how I wanted my pups hair cut, I would of never known that they don't do full hair cuts on first visits. I'm the type of person who like to know what's going to happen so with all the questions I had to ask which I might add was only a few basic stuff, ex: what time to pick her up, how much the cut was.. etc. The way he answers you just seemed like it was such a inconvenient and I was taking up his time. The overall communication with this place is why I left with a negative review. I had happy hopes for my pups first grooming experience but I came out kinda disappointed. read more

rude ass worker they didnt even cut my dogs hair rite and all they really had to do is shave her and shes full of cuts under her arm and behind her ear!!! EDIT: went there knowing she was matted and did not complain about the matted fee so her shave shouldn't have been a problem unless your worker doesnt have the skill. we went there before and still had her shaved and was done very poorly. when i went to pay after being mad that it was done horrible the guy rolled his eyes gor not giving a tip on a horrible job. my dog has gotten shaved before elsewhere and we never had a problem. when we picked her up she was shaking for the rest of the day as if she was traumatized which does not ever happen. read more

My little rescue dog is totally afraid of strangers, especially men. When I take him to the vet or anywhere else to have his nails trimmed, he refuses to go with the other person. However, at Bark'n Biscuit, he loves the man working there & seems to forget about me. They provide great service & obviously love animals. I will never take my dog anywhere else. I would give this a salon a "0"... however it wasn't available. To start off the owner is extremely rude...and very hostile. I didn't want my terrier cut a certain way...yet she insisted. She was derogatory and not accommodating. The salon was extremely dirty...and smelled!! Very bad conditions... after I made an appointment...and arrived with my dog...I was fearful that she might be harsh with my dog...as well as substandard cleanliness....I didn't stay!!! I specifically requested a type of haircut for my Pomeranian. And to only even out the hair length. To the longest possible setting. Which on the length example was about an inch long. And when I picked up my pup the hair didn't even measure up to half an inch. Not only that, but it was uneven throughout. When I addressed it with the clerk he showed no regard to the issue and kept doing whatever he was doing. Unfortunately a waste of money. read more

I went to Bark'n Biscuit salon today for the first time with my two dogs. Desiree had groomed one of my dogs before, so I knew he would come out looking great (and he did!!) For my other dog I used the self service wash station. My dog is a big baby (82 pounds) so it took the two of us to get him in and out of the tub, but the set up was great! All the shampoos were right there and easy to reach, and there is even an apron there to use so you dont get your clothes all hairy and soapy! Over all I am very happy with the salon. I have used other places in town, both drop off and self wash, Bark'n Biscuits by far has the best hours and prices. read more
