Came in not having a clue as to where to find some books on a particular floor-this bookstore is humongous. Like really, you can park a small planer to in here! Nicole was the customer service All-Star here spending way more time than one would thought they were entitled to get, particularly amidst these crowds. that's it, the crowds look like they're constantly in motion and moving around. I'd highly recommend this Barnes and Nobles. Nicole is a credit to the B&N brand!

Look for your favorite designer and read all about them at Barnes & Noble.

We love Barnes & Noble, all locations. During our visit on a Saturday we visited the Barnes & Noble at The Grove. We were looking for specific books. According to Barnes & Nobles website they were available at this location for purchase and pick up. Sure enough all 5 books were available. Barnes & Nobles have excellent customer service. We were greeted and asked if we needed assistance several times. Thank you to the gentleman (sorry we didn't get his name and he was Asian) at the comics and manga section who helped us find 3 of the specific books we needed. He was awesome. He even spoke to us about Marvel, DC and BRZRKR comics. On the third floor they had a table full of Wicked books which my child likes and we picked up one. They also had a spot set up full of books from different designers. My favorite section of the book store is their Art and Photography. They have such a huge and great selection.

We went to Rocky Kanaka's Sitting With Dogs book signing at Barnes & Noble at The Grove and it was such a great experience! Charlie had the best time meeting other pups, and we all left feeling so inspired. My mother-in-law was especially moved -- she's now planning to volunteer at a local shelter Rocky's message about compassion and rescue really hits home.

Just met Charlie Sheen at his book signing and I'm still grinning from ear to ear! The man knows how to make an entrance and leave a lasting impression. Got my signed copy of his memoir and can't wait to get into the wild ride that is his life story.

I'm currently waiting in line outside for a cd/vinyl signing that was scheduled 5-6:30. This signing was clearly oversold and there isn't much remorse for it. Everyone is showing up at 5 just to be told to check in with your letter and your scheduled wait time. Your wait time is just to line up and not even go in. Stop hosting events and book signings like this if you're going to make people wait outside and outside of the events projected time window. My time to "line up" was 6:50 and I arrived at 5.... How does this make sense?! Nobody has 3-4 extra hours just laying around to get into an event like this. (This is the Micheal Clifford signing from 5 Seconds of Summer)

Love this location. It's huge and very well organized. It also had the book we were looking for. The staff wasn't the friendliest but they found our book quickly.

    A book! A bookstore!

So happy to see a bookstore. Okay it's a mass market one... But where I live you have to drive pretty far to find a bookstore! My friend and I enjoyed this 3 story book & gift wonderland spent a leisurely hour or so wandering around touching and feeling books with paper... Oh the joy some youngsters may sadly never know?! Great location at The Grove. Very nice children's area (like all B&N). Also like most all B&N there is a cafe inside near the clearance racks. Really good selection of books.

I have had an amazing experience at this store! I came in for a Q&A for Cassandra Clare and unfortunately had broken my ankle a few days prior. While I was supposed to be in standing room they offered to bring a chair into the standing room area and then when a few people didn't show up were able to move me up to the seated area. They had amazing customer service and were super helpful!

It almost feels like you have to be there half a day and just sit down and enjoy everything they have to offer to read. I went to the poetry section right away, and I thought ' aw man there isn't much,' but I still got to find a book to purchase. I then had to use the bathroom, which didn't have any toilet paper in any stalls. But managed to use the seater paper. Hey whatever works. I was surprised to see that they have merchandise for sale of all kinds of T-shirts and blouses and sweaters. The value for these books are not too expensive, but there is so much to see and if you find the right thing, that's what paying for them buy it. I was also very happy to listen to music of my favorite artist being played. They had several music from Natalia Laforga to Chicano Batman many Spanish songs playing.. The universe truly brought me to this place because I've been wanting a T-shirt for a very long time, and I stumbled upon it without even looking for it.

There was a comically circuitous line around half the ground floor to get in. Line moved reasonably quickly though, much faster than the elevators. The Event itself is 12-floors of vendors, crafts, and food which sounds great, but... each floor has around 20-25 offices. On average, about 2-3 offices per floor were open and sparsely filled by vendors. When I say sparsely, I mean that with the exception of some jewelry installments, most of the vendors were setup in rooms that made it seem as though the space had been rented out to five different vendors who each got 1/5th of the room to setup their station. Problem was, floor after floor after floor, the other four didn't show up. Overall, it felt completely empty, random and disorganized. Nice building, but definitely not meant for that many people. It'd be a perfectly lackluster way to waste an hour or so if there wasn't a fee for admission. But, since there is, regardless of how cheap, they're still charging people for something that could not have been more overwhelmingly underwhelming. Check out the great bookstore, but if you've ever been to some low-rent flea market in some second-rate city, you've already experienced their Tower Takeover.

While in Korea, I didn't know that Incheon Airport would have shipping boxes for excess luggage, so when I thought I would be limited by just the space I left for souvenirs and other gifts in my bags, I could've bought all seven Harry Potter books. As you can tell by the town I'm in, I'm in the Bay Area. Here in the Bay, we don't have a lot of Korean bookstores, and the one I could find here didn't really focus on fiction/fantasy books. I found this place after searching the internet for "Korean bookstores in LA/SoCal." I called and asked the staff if they had Harry Potter. They said they didn't, but they told me that if I found some store back in Korea that had what I was looking for, they told me to email them the link or something and then they would order the books for me. When I pointed out that by that logic, if I could find a book by myself and then pay for the store to mail the books directly to me, customs and all, then I'd just be doing their job. The employee told me to "take it or leave it," and they acted completely shocked that I did leave.
