She wanted me to change them around. I refused to and haven't change photos. About 2 weeks later she then calls me and wants me to change the photos. I explain that I will not. I stand behind the way I posted everything. She said it is unfair because people will not read what I wrote and only look at the pictures thinking the mess is what their guys did. I disagree and stated so. Again she wants me to change the pictures because she insists people will not read my review because it is too long. I feel she was pushing bordering bullying me to do things her way. Because my thinking is not her thinking. Well, I am not one to be bullied. I believe most people have more common sense than the ones that do not. The other people in the room heard the conversation on speakerphone and agree. Therefore I have downgraded my rating of the company as a whole, due to their office business practices. If you read the whole review you will read why I say this. GEISER PLUMBING Carl and Jake did a great job fixing a mess that looked like a 2 year old put together and put in a new water filter system we bought to be put in. Carl and Jake? was courteous, efficient, professional and clean. They cleaned up as they went along. Any requests made regarding how would like the pipes ran was heard and done. Very attentive to our needs and wants regarding how wanted things done. There was no understanding that would have to pay drive time to have work done. Wasn't happy when got the bill and that was included. So that is something to consider when getting work done. They said that if they will already be in area than wouldn't need to pay. So who pays it then? The first person and everyone else doesn't? How do you know if you are the first person, unless early in the morning? How does someone else know if they are already in the area? When I called in I was told they had a cancellation for the next day and they could do it then. There was no mention as to drive time and in area or out of area. To me the fact that you are getting business and hopefully a happy customer who could be continued business should suffice. I just don't get the charge for drive time. They left 2 times 1st time for 30 minutes, 2nd time for 8 minutes. But they still wanted to charge me for that time. They said it was to get parts, it could have been for anything. I am not saying they aren't telling the truth but, how am I to know and why did both leave? Total time here was 4 hours Was being charged for 5.25 hours. Believe me when I say I was keeping track of time on a timer with camera. I have been overcharged in past by others and wasn't about to be again. My time matters just as much as theirs. DO you get to charge your employer for your drive time to work? Do you get paid if you leave the job? Then the charge for materials, I asked for a breakdown and never received it. The up charge is ridiculous. Here is a quote from their blog "Our plumbing services ensure you can relax while we handle your home or business needs, all while keeping your budget in mind." This to me isn't true when they charge as much as they do for materials and time not on job. I understand they probably charge like most other places for materials but good grief the materials charge was almost as much as the labor and we supplied some of the materials ourself. They did in the end make some corrections in the bill and that was appreciated especially the correction on the fee for credit cards supposed to 3% and was charging 10.3%. Human error yes I get it. I am only pointing it out so others are sure to look closely at their bill and not just pay it without paying much mind to it. We are happy with the work done. Just not happy with the business practices.

The did a whole home repipeing with pex and worked quickly to get things done in a timely manner. I also had a couple of places where they needed to cut into the dry wall. I knew better than to expect a plumber to perform carpentry so I am fine putting adapter plates over for future access in case of emergencies. Prior to finding Griser I had one company come out temporarily block of a problem leak and never return to finish a job. Two more companies were either no shows or simply blew me off on the phone.
