Rainwater should fall off the shingle drip edge into the gutter (not behind it) but the gutter was not aligned correctly in numerous areas. In 10 about years, the flashing installed over the facia board hid the rotting wood perfectly, and, as a result of this, all facia boards on the residence to date are rotted and must be replaced. Unfortunately, I was not onsite during installation, and, I authorized them to install the flashing over all facia boards and was not advised of any rotten facia boards prior to the installation. Great gutters, but, IMHO, if you hire this contractor, be there when they're and watch them like a hawk and ask the right questions and you probably will be ok.

They are just as expensive (if not more) than other services, yet I found myself outside getting on a ladder to clean my siding and windows after I paid them $1000 to clean it?
