Their team is incapble of doing a deep clean properly and at the exact time they were supposed to…read moreshow up to perform a clean (that had been discussed and agreed upon previously) the owner called and told us their crew didn't "want" to do the clean. In fact we received two calls within 15 minutes of when they were supposed to be there to clean. One call the actual person doing the clean confirmed they would be there and then next call, the owner tells us they "don't want to do the clean." They gave zero explanation as to why they didn't want to do the clean and zero warning that it would not be happening when this has been scheduled for at least two weeks in advance. Poorly managed team who gets to decide how to treat customers. I would highly recommend not using them. Poor leadership results in lackluster outcomes.
