This place has gone way down hill. I guess they were bought out in November. We went today to buy a new lawn tractor and price out a new full size tractor. The salesman was rude and informed us they no longer do free delivery on purchases and no longer do free setup on equipment. Between the rude treatment and the policy changes we went over to Lowe's and bought the mower. I will head back to Brim for the new tractor for the farm. Very disappointed after so many years of having great service from them. read more
