Driver was insured! What makes this even more frustrating is that they should have informed me much earlier (within 30 days) instead of wasting months of my time while I was actively treating and trusting they were handling my case properly. Now, after months of appointments, pain, stress, and lost time, I'm left with no compensation and no legal support. I truly feel misled and abandoned after relying on them during a difficult time.
