Forgot to write a 5 star review for Laconia store's Jon Paquet after a magnificent job counseling about and supplying us with appliances for our new lake house last year, but am correcting my oversight now after a recent reminder of just how great these guys are. My 87 year old father set his microwave on fire--long story but little damage and no injuries--and I immediately thought of Jon and Barons for new micro. Jon was off but Eli took over and not only found an economical and similar model (so my father wouldn't have to deal with a new keypad) but did it super quickly and efficiently, putting all of us out of our misery and eliminating stress by wedging my father's installation into their busy schedule. He explained to the jam-packed installer that an elder man was stressing and depended on his microwave for his cooking, could he squeeze him in ASAP? Less than 48 hours after the fire fighters left, my father had his new but familiar microwave installed and heating up his lunch. Thanks, Barons, for another success story. Love u guys! read more
