10/10 service all around. I've had my carpets cleaned by everyone from Sears (RIP) to COIT to Stanley Steamer (not to mention my own hard labor dealing with rented Rug Doctors and Black Friday Bissell machines) but never in my life have I experienced a cleaning like Barraza. I'm willing to literally eat off my own floor now which is something I NEVER would've said beforehand. Gabriel came in help me move some furniture and started cleaning he started moving furniture back before he cleaned close to the walls and when I asked him to move the furniture back he says he can't do it so the two rooms he did didn't get clean near the walls. And I had to move the furniture back myself and one of the couches weighs over 300 lb so my wife and I slid it over from where he moved it to. I would not recommend this to anyone it was very unresponsive and was argumentative. We were going to have him clean the grout in the kitchen but with the attitude he had will do it with somebody else again I would not recommend the service to anybody especially with Gabriel read more

Poor carpet cleaning (what a mistake), chemicals used stained the carpets and flooring. Several complaints have been launched against Barraza carpet cleaning but they take no responsibility for the chemical stains left behind. The dirty water released created a thick film of scum running down the street spreading the filth in front of the neighbors, the dirty water was from a previous job which clearly contained oils that should have been disposed according to hazmat practices. Barraza uses chemicals that are not appropriate and may harm/ damage property. A formal complaint was launched with the city of Palmdale to verify the legality of the chemicals and poor disposal. read more

We recently remodeled our house and sold everything we own except our couch. BUT the couch needed to be cleaned badly and it looked terrible in our beautiful home. My husband finally called and found this fantastic company through reviews. They said they could come out same day...who does that!! We are thrilled with our couch. It looks like its brand new!!! The person we talked to on the phone was super nice and the person who showed up at our house was also awesome. Super hard working and really took care of our property. After cleaning the interior in a rental house at 37660 Cardiff, Palmdale 93550 the technician went ahead and emptied the dirty water from his cleaning equipment onto the street...leaving cigarette butts and creating a thick film of scum running down the street spreading the filth in front of the neighbors driveways. I asked the technician to at least run some clean water to help run all the dirty water as much as possible after he had dumped it...He ran a couple of gallons of clean water he had left in his equipment, I asked him if he had a hose so he could use the home's front yard water faucet. I guess he didn't appreciate that I asked him to just be cool about it and run some clean water to get rid of the filth he created. Mind you I'm not the one who hired this company...just one of the neighbors. I guess since I'm the one not paying for the services, it doesn't matter what I had to say. Not cool at all ‍ read more

$80 for two rooms and the carpet didn't not look or smell clean after it got dried. Completely disappointed.

Had them come out and do the carpets (5 bedrooms, living room, family room, loft, and staircase) for $165 and a sectional couch for an additional $80. Great price and they did a fantastic job. You can tell these guys know what their doing and actually care about your stuff. Not only was our home clean they even bothered to put little styrofoam blocks under the wooden couch legs so they wouldn't absorb water from the carpet. They moved all the small items and cleaned as far under the beds as their equipment could reach. Showed up ontime and did the job in a professional and timely manner. I will definitely be calling them again next year. read more
