This is a big downside as there is no parking at the school as it is just down a little walkway so access is for staff parking or disabled access only. The head teacher is a young guy who is keen and raring to make the school a great place. They are very eco friendly and are very good at growing their own produce which they use for school meals. The school itself is not a huge building but will be growing in size once it becomes a primary school rather than in the three tier system that it it is in now. Overall a really good school with a nursery. Good links with the pre school nearby.

All the staff were dedicated to the learning of the children. There was quite a turnover of kids due to the army families but this didn't make a difference to the school on a whole. There is a couple of play areas and a big adventure play park which the classes used to take in turn to use. I spent quite a lot of time in school helping out on the PC's teaching the children how to log on to the Internet. The classes were not over sized at the time my children were here there was approximately 20-25 children in a class. Overall this is an excellent school that I would recommend to anyone.

This school is at the heart of the village and prides itself on being traditional with the right combination of 21st century modernism. Being that this school is a Church of England school it has close connections with the church. The school is in an idealistic location for many parents as there aren't too many main roads and the setting is tranquil and pretty. Waiting lists can be long, so it best to get your child on there early. They offer full days, and half days at reasonable prices, and have numerous activities that encourage children to learn through play. There are pleantly of staff around, and the children very often get plenty of one on one time with staff members. Snacks are provided every session, always healthy, usually fruit. A progress book is kept up to date of everything the children do, and it is sent home at the end of every term for parents to see the progress too. A very very good pre school :)
