This was all done in Gilbert AZ. The moment the photographer arrived he decided to start taking photos like if it was for an MLS. After we discussed several times before hiring that we were looking for Vacation Rentals AKA AirBnb, VRBO, Homeaway. The photos that we got were not at all standard for an AirBnb. In the end our owners were so distraught by the experience since they were present themselves guiding the photographer as to how to take photos for a vacation rental. On top he smelled of alcohol according to the Owner of the property, as well as that he was hurrying with the photos. We understand that it's the last house that someone has to take photos but when we purchase a package or service we expect that someone is going to be proficient on their job and be wanting to deliver a quality product. I am horribly disappointed and I can say that I can't believe that they would lie about having knowledge to do a Vacation Rental when the individual they sent out did not have any. They take great photos for MLS but not for vacations. Stick to your strength and thank you for making us loose out on a client. Will never utilize your service again.

We rescheduled for 3 o'clock and again Daniel did not show up even though he and his company promised again he would be here.He called our real estate agent and said he was too far away and he will not drive that far. The transaction was difficult owing to the unfortunate paperwork mess our mother had unwittingly left behind. However, Marty was really on top of everything and went way out of his way to not only find us a buyer but make the transaction work. He even went so far as to drive all the way to Provo to pick up paperwork that was needed. Each hurdle we encountered (and there were, sadly, many) he was there to help us surmount the issue. He is professional, conscientious and an extremely hard worker. While I don't imagine that I'll ever have another Utah transaction, if I did I would definitely use him again and can whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone in the area needing a great Realtor. While we were happy to have to paperwork nightmare come to an end, both my brother and I felt sad to say farewell as he is such an enjoyable person to work with.

I'm usually very uncomfortable in front of the camera, but she was professional, friendly, and immediately made us feel comfortable. I was initially hesitant about her suggestion to do a "lifestyle" session in our home, thinking it might not be "camera-ready," but I'm so glad we listened to her. Becky has an incredible eye for angles and spots we usually overlook. She even snuck a few great photos of our cat during the session, which was a wonderful, personable touch.
