The people at this business are very nice to everyone who enters, even if they do not look like a prospective customer. I know this because I rolled up on a half-wrecked rented bicycle that looked almost as bad as I did in my t-shirt and backpack. I proceeded to wander through the store and check out the cars. As is usual for Porsche, no one approached me until I looked like I had a question, and then I was immediately assisted. In fact, after addressing my concern, the staff person and I had a lively discussion on the merits of older models from the brand. It was fun, and despite looking like a complete ragamuffin I was made to feel welcome and appreciated. This impression was reaffirmed when my wife visited the dealer to have a front license plate bracket installed on the car. They took stellar care of her, the car, and our bank account!
