They even have a special milk you can order, that they use for competitions. We didn't try that, but just their regular cortado and flat white were excellent enough. They had a selection of two beans you could choose for espresso when we went, and I think we chose the "extra," if I remember right, and the flavor profile was out of this world fantastic.
