Heart breaking! This happened to me and my family and we were devastated. This selling agent will continue to pursue other buyers even after an accepted offer and use a small contingency to get out of the deal if she can find someone who will pay more. You know the old saying "you only want something when someone else has it", so does she... Unethical and not worth your time and heartache.
