The cost of my insurance increased around $100.00. That is horrible! I am thinking about switching to an insurance carrier that is accident free for the fist accident. In all of my driving 50 driving years, this has been my ONLY accident that only included myself at fault I also could not get a hold of anyone at that time (Scott Lindow was the agent) and they are located in a town that is three hours away, not locally! It was a very frustrating experience. Since that time John Krieg has taken over and when I call, he usually answers and is very helpful. But I still have that increase of $100. While typing this I see that I have many more characters left but I can't see what I am typing ( I have tried everything as well as the bar on the right of this note but it doesn't go down enough) - that is also frustrating as I have trouble typing

Why would I want an unreliable agent that doesn't care about doing anything timely for "her" customers. The worst part is how this place upcharges and makes every excuse under the sun as to why they can't give you a better rate. So now Spectrum, you lost a customer. Btw, to anyone reading this. This address wrong from them. They have 2 offices in Wausau, it's the one down the road over the railroad tracks from Applebees on that corner before you get on the highway that is incompetent. The other does their billing. Just steer clear if you want better rates and less grief.
