The food was easy: We ordered catered BBQ with pulled pork, BBQ brisket, beans, cole slaw and cornbread. We knew we wanted a bartender too. One who was professional but also outgoing. Our family are not the quiet, formal or reserved sort of folks. We contacted a couple mobile bartending services but decided on Sarah's Mobile Bartending because from the start it was obvious she knew her business, took pride in her work and had the right sort of personality for our party: Professional but also outgoing and people oriented. We told her there would be about 50 people - Mainly adults and a handful of grandkids all under the age of 12. We planned on beer and cocktails but wanted to have maybe one or two special cocktails and something just for the kids. Sarah really came through for us! She suggested a Belmont Jewel - Bourbon with pomegranate lemonade and Amaretto Sours. The Amaretto Sours turned out to be a real hit with our parents and their group of friends who they'd known since college. For the kids Sarah made strawberry and peach slushies. The anniversary party was a hit! Everyone had a great time - Sarah went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. She arrived early to set up the bar - which looked great, so when our guests began arriving everything was ready to get the party started. My mom really liked the little lighted sign that had the featured drinks on it. It's little extras like that and Sarah asking about the menu so she could suggest drinks that would go well with the BBQ. I would not only recommend Sarah's Mobile Bartending to anyone having a party - I will be booking her for our anniversary party later this fall!

They are overpriced and force you to hire a bartender to serve drinks (beer and wine) you personally provide. They lie to their customers and tell them that "in the state of florida you need to have a licensed bartender to serve drinks." That is a LIE, in the state of Florida you do not need a license or permit to serve beer a wine... actually a bartender doesn't even need to have a license to serve liquor in Florida. They are lying to their customers. We were hosting a memorial.. not a wedding.. this wasn't a party and our experience with Celebrations made everything more stressful than it already was..... AND they serve soggy crostini.... They made us buy food too! Many of the people who helped with the memorial have worked for catering companies... The crostini was dated for the day before.. Our "bartender" said they were made in the morning... Another lie. What a joke of a company.

My husband and I got lucky that they were our first tasting when looking for our wedding caterer; we tried their crab cakes, salmon cucumber rolls, NY strip steak with chimichurri, mahi mahi with coconut curry sauce, plantains and ratatouille. Everything was absolutely perfect, both during our tasting back in 2021 and at our wedding this past weekend. The steak had a beautiful pink inside and an amazing grill charr on the outside. The coconut curry sauce permeated the mahi mahi and our veggie sides were incredibly fresh tasting. I also have to mention we almost forgot to ask for a vegan, gluten free option for one of our guests but Jean and LaFronza were super accommodating with our request.
