I can't tell you enough that these guys truly care about their customer service and quality control. Specifically Carleen and Stacy have been my guardian angels although everyone I've talked to has been a delight. The quality and quality control was awful. I used this lab for a month before I finally had to pull the plug. We had so many complaints from patients and lens defects that I ended up spending more money fixing the entire mess. I had to send half of the jobs to another lab to finally get the jobs made correctly. At the end of the day they refused to reimburse us for all the jobs with mistakes. I lost several thousands of dollars and several patients in the mere month I used them.
