It was that good. The wedding ceremony took place outside, where rows of chairs were set up and we all had gorgeous waterfront views. After the ceremony, we walked into the building's first floor for the cocktail hour. Simply put, the food was amazing. The cocktail hour alone could have served as a meal. There was a big central charcuterie station of cold appetizers - think meats, cheeses, fruits, and crudities. The four corners of the room each housed a food station - a carving station, sushi/sashimi, pasta, and Asian stir fry. Oh, and there were tons of butler service passed hors oeuvres too. Next, we walked upstairs to the large ballroom for the main meal. Dinner service started with a "Burrata Caprese" salad with a big hunk of creamy mozzarella served in a dressed salad with grilled bread. As for the dinner entrees, would you believe a choice of SEVEN entrees?? I kid you not -- seven entrees - Branzino, chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, Surf and Turf, and eggplant.
