"We'll call you back" - No they wont "We sent that to your email" - No they didn't "We're going to mark this as 'High Priority'" - Go F*** yourself Its unfortunate because even with a top notch physician, as a patient the doctor is useless to me if I cannot access my records, fill prescriptions, or schedule/reschedule appointments. Before Wellspan took over this office didn't seem to have these issues, but recently it has been a total nightmare. As a patient of this facility for 15+ years, it is truly disheartening.

I see Dr. Thomas Kantor is the BEST I've EVER seen! I have major medical issues (fully disabled veteran) and I have seen hundreds, possibly over 1000 Dr's since life as I knew it ended 22+ years ago. I also see Dr. Ronnie Mohammed, and again, EXCELLENT. EVERYONE I have ever worked with there is friendly, knowledgably, DEDICATED and GENUINELY CARE! I don't have to drive 200 miles (round trip) to see a GOOD Rheumy. I drive that because I firmly believe I am seeing a WORLD CLASS Rheumy! Dr. Mohammed is also outstanding. How anyone can leave a negative review for this place defies everything I have seen and experienced in the 21+ years I have been going and PRIOR TO going, all I heard was "I don't know what to say." from EVERY SINGLE Rheumy and Dr. I had seen to that point, spending close to half of 2004 hospitalized all over the east coast. Dr Kantor had me on a path to improvement unbelievably quickly. Yes, my health issues are a mile long, but without LIMA, I doubt I am here to write this!

I spent five years in and out of many behavioral health and mental health hospitals so I can give a…read morevery thorough review of WellSpan Philhaven as I was a patient both in the adolescent wing and the adult wing (I was 18 at the time, now 22). They were not the WORST hospital I had been in,but that isn't saying much given that I had been in some extremely horrible hospitals. There was one staff member there who was good to me, he would take time to talk to me and actually listen. They do have individual therapy for the patients there, at least in the adolescent wing they did- I don't remember if they did or not in the adult wing. This is a plus because only two out of approximately 13-15 hospitals I was in had individual therapy, and this was one of them. However, I witnessed many uses of excessive force in restraints and unnecessary fear tactics and coercion being used by staff to get the patients to comply. Additionally,the doctors-in my opinion and experience - were not at all qualified. They spent more time with me compared to other hospitals, but the time they spent was not spent listening and actually trying to help. The bedside manner was horrible and there was almost no compassion. It was very chaotic and overwhelming for me as an autistic person (though I wasn't diagnosed back then, I was recently diagnosed) and was not at all helpful or healing for me. In fact it only added to my growing medical trauma.

I had back to back surgeries couldn't open my pill bottles took a wrong medication and he kicked me out. 6 days before my rotor cuff surgery. Now my quality of like is gone because I just can't take the pain anymore. Instead of buying off the street like most young people do I'm killing my stomach with Motrin and Tylenol. Been there for almost three years and on this medication for home to stop. This has to be illegal. Would ever you do don't complain about any doctor there because they will kick you off.

I've here nothing but amazing things about this practice and have only experienced amazing things when I was there. 10 out of 10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Highly recommend Dr.Kinley!
