Brendon did an outstanding job preparing my father for viewing. He looked so handsome and looked as if he was in a truly peaceful sleep. Words could never properly convey how much that meant to us, it made things easier for my Mother to see him look so peaceful. He is my father and I wanted to make sure that every step of his death was met with as much dignity ,love and care as possible. Would never recommend his services to anyone. He is definitely in the right business because he has no personality or tact for dealing with LIVING people. At the time, I called around to at least 4-6 different places in the Albany area to understand the cremation options available, at a very stressful time obviously. Roy was BY FAR the most compassionate, patient, responsive, and clear about what to expect. Seriously, you just don't want to deal with the impersonal or callous attitudes that came across in my first phone call with some of the other places that offer cremation services. There wasn't even the smallest hint of anything other than the ideal level of genuine helpfulness from Roy.
