A little more salt and pepper would have provided a better kick to it tho'. The chicken breast was really really tasty (with hints of fresh rosemary), juicy and tender. The paella was interesting - great strong taste that befits the cuisine type, with the prawn and chicken displaying great taste and texture. The interior is very modern and funky with a nice, welcoming feeling. As it's a cold day I ordered the waffles and a cap. The cappuccino is delicious with a lot of attention to the detail. The waffles are home made and reasonably priced, not many places do their own waffles but these ones were lightly crisp and moist, great with strawberries and ice cream. This place is great, especially for ex Melbournites like me, so give them a try :)

And they're obviously about sustainability and recycling because water is served in old Absolut Vodka bottles, the light shades are made of milk crates and the front counter looks like it used to be an old shipping container. There are a bunch of old trestle tables to share with others or great for your own big group. I LOVE what they've done with this place! And the coffee is great! It's hard to find good coffee outside of the city but this is really good. The food looks really great also and they're fully licensed as well which is an added bonus. I've also heard on the grapevine that they're going to start hosting a 'Stitch & Bitch' where you can get together with a bunch of others and learn to crochet over coffee or gin - whichever you prefer. Widescreen Telly and some lego and a ride on motorbike. Food was served quite quickly, looked excellent and was great value for money, the seafood basket was cooked beautifully and presented magnificently. Other meals that I saw looked fantastic as well. The staff recommended the Chicken Surf and Turf which my wife had, she also said how good this meal was. Overall a fantastic place for meal and great value for money.

But even for battered fish it was below average, the chips were soggy and the Greek style salad was served with a mound of bean shoots on top. Who puts bean shoots on a Greek style salad?! I wasn't the only one who wants disappointed. The other half said he was blown away by the fact that his chicken parma tasted as though he was eating air i.e. it was totally tasteless.
