We had our first experience with Mark and Baseline last year when I smashed the front of my Kia into another vehicle on the 401. Mark was great, he helped us deal with the insurance and recommended factory parts where the insurance company wanted him to use after-market parts. He was patient and professional and the work he did was fabulous! You would never know the car had been involved in a collision. When I took the car to the mechanic a few weeks later, he said he'd never seen such good body work! Our son just took his car to Mark yesterday after a collision with a deer. Mark gave him a vary fair price and had the job finished within a few hours. Again, the work is great! Thank you Mark and the Baseline team, we will definitely recommend your service to friends. read more

We just had our 2014 Mazda repaired at Baseline Collision in Pickering. The service was excellent from start to finish. They helped with insurance enquiries and coordination with the rental car service and above all were kind and welcoming. My car looks as good as new.
