I exchanged a couple of emails before I even booked my stay with them, let alone or left the country, and they were highly professional and helpful with their replies. Their accommodations of my requests was immensely appreciated given that most other hotels I had reached out to had said they would not be able to uphold them.
After having spent legit hours over days researching probably every hotel in Seville, this one was a god send. The average going rate for hotels in this area that would be considered "less expensive" were 130-150 which isn't cost friendly at all. I was really looking for something on the 110 side and was hoping, though knew it was wishful, to have something in the 100 range.
This hotel seems to be new so they have a 30% off going on their website AND if you get lucky you might get an additional 5% off, which I did, and thus one night here ended up being around 92 euro.
This was an absolute STEAL and was even cheaper than I had hoped for and impossibly in an even more prime location than the hotels I had been looking into booking prior.
The day of my flight (day before I arrived at the hotel) they contacted me to confirm my time of arrival with so much warm and welcoming energy I felt certain that this hotel was the right choice.
When we got there the hotel room wasn't actually ready which was understandable so we had to leave and return at a later time. Alas the room still wasn't ready so we had to go back out on the town again. Eventually the room was ready for us and by then it was the late afternoon. We'd been traveling for probably a dozen hours and were dead tired so could've definitely used a place to rest comfortably not too long after having landed but we took it in stride.
There was a nice sitting area with a free drink and snack selection but it just didn't make sense to sit there for hours and waste time.
Our room was on the rooftop which had a view of the cathedral and giralda tower. The room was tiny with barely enough space around the bed and an outlet only on one side of the bed and another at the base of the bed. I wish there had been an outlet on both sides of the bed so both occupants could've used it. Bathroom was a perfect size and shower was nice. The amenities were replenished everyday. There was a tv and desk as well.
The location was prime but being so perfect it meant hearing all the bell towers ringing at all hours. There were at least three bell towers surrounding us that rang probably every 30 min to an hour. At one point I felt like they were ringing every fifteen minutes just for the hell of it. I did not sleep at all.
There also was no WiFi in our room so we had to sit outside to access it or go down to the lobby.
When we had returned a week later from our adventuring across the region, my luggage was available in our new room. Alas this room had no door to the bathroom and was open planned which was obscene. We didn't bother saying anything because we were staying for only one night but uh what the heck? No privacy whatsoever. My friend and I legit left the room so the other could pee and we made an agreement for no number twos.
Concierge was truly amazing and for them alone I would give a five stars but alas with all these other gaps I gotta give the hotel an average rating.
