The very first time I reserved a cab ahead of time through their website, and I got a confirmation to my e-mail immediately. I thought this service was awesome and was happier when the cab arrived on time the next morning to take me to work. Great, right? Not so much... The second and third time I used the online service I waited and waited, and had to scramble for a way to get to work (late, of course) because I trusted this company. Third time, I was little more prepared for the inconsistent service. I was extremely disappointed though, especially after talking to a woman, who had supposedly processed my reservation who was rightly apologetic and promised the third time, that someone would come. Don't book with these people if you can help it. And if you do, make sure to have a backup lined up. read more

What? An hour for the taxi to arrive? The short time in the whole town was a bit of a wreck. Things aren't efficient, traffic lame. Definitely call ahead of time (30 minutes to an hour) if arriving via Amtrak. Looks like a public transit stop is nearby, but not sure where it goes, as again, lack of information and little info on the web. If renting from Avis, they pick up. Hertz will after some nudging, especially if arriving via Amtrak. Talk to your neighbors off the train and try to carpool. read more

It sounds like anyone using this company has the same experience: late arrivals or not at all. Don't count on them! I know plenty of people who have missed the train or their flights out of town! Sucks but no competition yet! read more
