Did he have his work cut out for him! He said this was the second worst ducts he has ever cleaned - and he suspects that they have never been professionally cleaned. In 70 years. Over an inch of dust and debris coating the ducts. When you buy a house that is not new, you never know what you are breathing in. Skin cells from the 70's? Entirely possible. I absolutely recommend Tyler from Zerorez if you are anywhere from Wenatchee to Spokane. Respectful, clean, professional and super helpful! Went above and beyond to get my home taken care of. (A house this size usually takes him an hour and a half ... he was here for closer to five hours to get the work complete and answer all of our questions.) They also provide detailed invoices so you are fully aware of costs and are easy to communicate with on cost saving ideas. Their shop may not have everything but they can order it for you to look at and give you sound advice on what you may want based on the use (i.e. I have 3 boys so I need a higher traffic floor) I never had communication or work this good with other contractors.
