What really matters when it comes to Baskin Robbins, is the service. I had the most horrible experience with DoorDash and I was stiffed an Oreo Poler pizza or some thing like that. Basically it's an Oreo crust ice cream pizza. A wonderful human being named Madi made it right and then some!!!! Not only did and not have to pay for my replacement dessert, she made it special for me to make sure I could get it when it was convenient for me. At no additional cost, she was really nice. Great customer service. The person who took my order was very friendly and helpful! It was not crowded or very busy. It was clean and CDC guidelines are still in effect. If you want to wear a mask it's optional. I'd recommend this location. I love the sherbet! The owner does NOT call you back even when you call corporate to correct their mistake. I ordered a custom cake with 48 hours notice. The cake was 39.99and the total came to $43.11. So when I went to go pick it up the cake was not ready they pulled a completely different cake off the shelf with the wrong flavored ice cream. The sticker on it said 32.99 keep in mind I had already pre-paid that $43.11. I asked for them to refund the overcharge which they said they wouldn't and that was my problem. So I left multiple messages for the owners and I have yet to hear a callback. I've called corporate office and issued a complaint against the store. Initially I had wanted the difference to be refunded back however because of their attitude and lack of Customer service I would like a full refund otherwise I will take my business to Cold Stone.... I went to this Baskin-Robins and was met with rude looks by the staff and getting no service. I walked in and was greeted with glares and whispering by the staff. I chose to not let those actions get to me and I stood at the counter while the workers actively ignored me. They served people that walked in after me and still chose to ignore me even when we locked eyes multiple times. I am extremely unsatisfied. There was a moment where all the other people in the establishment were served and still I got no acknowledgement from the workers. Ordered a custom birthday cake a day before it was requested (on the website it is reasonable time) but I walked into the store after receiving a notification the cake was made with the employees recalling they never made a cake (without ever checking the back) gave them the proof of the order and was told to make sure it was the right store (which it was) and asked if i wanted another cake. This placed just opened a few days ago. The "Mom" says it is family-owned and family-run. Not too busy. Service was very fast and it was super clean. Bigger than other BRs in the area. I hate to give a bad review when I love their ice cream so much, but the 3 teens manning the store tonight need some serious retraining in customer service. One was scooping into a blender, obviously for a customer. The other 2 were at the far end of the counter, chatting and laughing while leaning into the case. None of them greeted us or even acknowledged our presence. When one came forward to ring up the quart he had packed he ignored us completely and went back to his earlier spot and resumed his conversation. We spoke up and called him over, asking to be served. No apology, in fact he seemed a bit amused that we were angry. Staff was friendly too. Also, thank you for offering a restroom in your store. I find that most locations have no restroom and not enough seats. My 5 year old is on the autism spectrum and it's difficult to get him to eat certain foods. His favorite thing to eat are cake cones from Basin Robins. My family and I have been going to this location since they opened and I have to honestly say the employees are the nicest people I've ever seen. The owner Jim is the nicest man in the world. He is always giving my son cake cones. The store is clean and everyone is very friendly. They even know what I want when I walk in.
