We got there at 8:09PM and there were four customers inside and two associates. when we tried the door it was locked even though the sign said that their lobby closed at 9:00PM. They then made eye contact with us several times until 8:18PM when they then walked up to the door and taped an orange printed sign that said "DRIVE THRU OPEN" to the door. They never talked to us, never even interacted with us other than taping the sign to the door and walking away. I will never go to Baskin Robbins in this town or any location because of this. read more

SAD. Just sad how awful STINGY this place has gotten. And honestly, today was the final straw for me. I've been coming to this place for the last couple years since moving here. We come here about once a week! Every time I come it seems the scoop portions get smaller and smaller. What are they doing, serving the baby junior scoop and selling it as a regular scoop? Take a look at how little the ice cream balls look in my cup? Tons of space in that tiny cup, and each scoop looked even smaller than ever to me... I bring my whole family here and we get double scoops in cups. So for $4 each person, we get a couple tiny scoops that equal one proper scoop? No way. Never coming back here again. You just lost good customers cheapskates. And on top of that, they still aren't letting people inside only drive through...I guess so they can be even cheaper? Ice cream tastes good, but not worth it when they gyp you. I'm going elsewhere for my ice cream needs. read more

I hate to write a bad review, but you never know what you're going to get from staff when you go to this location. 8 out of 10 times they are rude and not friendly. Trying to order a cake I was told they needed 48 hours where previously it was 24 and her 48 hours was from Thursday to earliest, I could get a cake would be Tuesday. Asked a simple question and was met with a completely rude response. Staff need to remember that a customer does not know how the business functions or what the employee can and can't do. Do not be rude about it. Customers pay your wage. Same with serving ice cream be kind and when you have a line of people connect with them even if you're busy, so they don't feel ignored and unimportant. read more

We just love this location. They are so nice and helpful. Emily is there most of the time and she goes to a lot of trouble to help us with orders! I am so lucky as they are right down the street from where we live. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

Horrible for $24 bucks. The banana royal had chocolate syrup in a corner only. Paying 7 bucks for nothing in a cup. The Reese's sundae was supposed to have peanut butter sauce where chocolate goes and by picture you can see that didn't happen. If you don't want the customers then just close the doors. This place is great! Great ice cream! Fun treats for kids. I've been going here since I was a kid and now I get to bring my son here. They even have a drive thru!!! They're open until 10 pm everyday too! What is not to like?? So convenient. Their staff is really sweet and they support their community by hiring local youth! read more

The only BR I know that has a drive through! Classic BR ice cream items. Never disappoints.

After working here, I know this place isn't sanitary. We would hide things and make sure things were a certain way for health inspections. I used to clean mold out of the scoopers every month even though we were not told to do so. The owners treat employees unprofessionally and expect employees to be able to read their minds. I was not fired. I quit this job because the owners felt no sympathy for my and my coworker who were robbed at their store. One of the first things the owner said to me the night we got robbed was "you should've known to put the money somewhere else." Which is something he never told, or taught the employees. This mind reading expectation was common while working here. Working here was like going back to high school, the owners played a weird social game with employees and would treat some nicer than others based on whatever they felt. Please do not support this business, do it for your safety, the public's safety, and to not support people who are downright hateful. I still have trauma to this day after being robbed and the owners did not care about how we were feeling and only wished that we would have saved their precious money. Do not support greed, this business isn't a friendly family business. It is strictly for money in the dirtiest, cheapest ways possible. read more

The girls here are super sweet! They all had smiles and were very accommodating! All of the flavors were in stock, which was a definite plus! When we go through the drive through, it's always quick and correct each time. The dining area is kept clean and so are the bathrooms. I enjoy this location :) read more

I was coming into town for a friends birthday and needed to order a cake. The lady on the phone was nice and competent. But when I went to pick up that cake it was a different story. The cake was completely lopsided and uneven. I was told it would be 4x4, which is was not (not even close) and the sprinkles on the side were put on very unevenly. I understand that this is not a specialty bakery, but some basic things (such as the size/shape of the cake) are pretty standard. When I picked up the cake I asked if I needed to leave it out for sometime so i could cut it and the girl was quite rude saying it was ready now (it wasn't, I nearly broke my knife trying to cut it) read more

The customer service was terrible. An employee that came out into the drive- thru to "greet the customers" was so rude, didn't smile, and was annoyed that we asked what type of toppings they had other than the three she said. I stopped by to pick up some ice cream for my wife and I, and as the weather was nice, it was fairly busy. I know it's always a hassle when you order a pint of ice cream, but the young lady behind the counter was extremely pleasant and friendly. Every time I go in, the people working are quick to smile and are friendly. Hats off to the owners who obviously set a good tone and make this a great place for people to work. read more
