Not sure why I hadn't posted a review before. I have always had a great experience with this Baskin Robbins location that I have ordered cakes from here even when I needed to bring it to birthdays in Westminster. Staff is always super nice. Parking is easy. Never have a problem finding parking outside. Just remember to check the spelling on the cake before you leave the store. I did that and sure enough the name was misspelled despite it being typed in my order (so not illegible). Quick fix and disaster averted. Have 2 birthdays coming up next week so got their favorite ice cream flavors: baseball nut and mint chip. Placed my order at 11:30 and picked up at noon. When I got there at noon woman was ordering a cake and some other things I couldn't make out. It took forever. I was almost sure they hadn't gotten my order together yet. When I was next I said I placed my online mobile order. It was already in a bag in the fridge, including my drink! They actually already put together the drink and had it waiting in the fridge for pick up before I got there. I was impressed. read more

They still advertise the Dubai chocolate shake ( which is what I wanted to finally try!) so I decided to just grab a mocha coffee blaster. It definitely made me caffeinated and was tasty! My daughter settled for cotton candy ice cream and said it wasn't the best. The service was helpful and kind, however all the tables were dirty as heck. read more

Nice clean location with friendly employees. They have a few no sugar added flavors that are surprisingly tasty. Just be warned, eat one scoop only due to the artificial sweetener or you'll regret it later. read more

The staff here are always courteous, fast, patient, and knowledgeable. My kids and I enjoys picking up treats and the creature creations make it fun for them. The prices are very reasonable and the flavor selection is always rotating which keeps it from getting stale. The location is ready to see street-side and it's clean. read more

Service was wonderful. The two people who helped me decide were very welcoming and helpful. They allowed us to sample whatever flavors we wanted. We ordered a cake, choosing Jamocha Almond Fudge and Love Potion 31 as our two layers. It was beautiful and delicious, and we had to refreeze half the cake as leftovers. One thing is the dye in the frosting stained my hand and shirt, so a note of caution! We came back when it wasn't busy and sat to enjoy a scoop at the tables they have inside, too without being rushed. It's no wonder they're still in business-great service and ice cream! read more

This Baskin Robbins store on Warner & Springdale in Huntington Beach has taken a turn for the good. I'm not sure but it appears to be under new management or ownership. Nonetheless, whatever they have done, has resulted in 100% better customer service than in the past. I'll have to agree with my granddaughter, she loves this ice cream store and this is where she wants her birthday cake from this year. I work at a baskin Robbins near this location and I can tell you, their crew has messed up the DoorDash I had. My DoorDash for my store closes after 8 and there's was until closing. I ordered 3 items and they missed one. I called for a refund on the item they missed and they said they can only offer store credit. Why would I need store credit when I work at the same franchise but different location? I taught the person how to refund it because she sounds like a trainee. Yet the manager stopped and hung up on me. This is very upsetting and unprofessional. Plus, they weren't supposed to put whipped cream on a beverage during DoorDash because under RULES AND REGULATION. The whipped cream will melt and it needs to be SEALED FOR PROTECTION. Went to get a milkshake and apparently both blenders were broken, we settled for ice cream and went to our car which was right in front. One of their friends came in and miraculously the blender worked. Now the kicker, as they are making him a milkshake (which he didn't pay for), they are laughing at us through the window thinking they are so funny to discriminate against an adult, I fail to see the humor in lying to old people and I paid which I can't say for the friend. I was never rude at any point in the transaction so I think it's low class and a horrible way to operate a business. So the moral of this story is , if you want a milkshake on Sunday night in Huntington Beach location you better hope you know someone who works there read more

We've been coming to this location for years but until we visited another store on vacation, we didn't realize how good we had it here. The female Korean owner was very stingy on the size of the scoops and toppings. I ordered 3 scoop with 2 toppings. I am Korean and she was giving me a dirty look and aggressive attitude while I was deciding on the flavors, passive aggressively asking me what flavors I wanted. I was polite and I asked for 2 toppings knowing each one is 1.10. I asked for hot fudge and marshmallow sauce. She put such tiny amount of both. We checked our receipts later and we weren't charged with the marshmallow sauce. So Karma to you, ahjoomah. She may be treating white customers better than her own race. What a shame. I haven't had Baskin Robbins in so long! It was a thing of the past when so many new and hip ice cream and dessert places are yet to be discovered and visited. It was a nice change of pace to come back here. I was really excited when I saw that they have tiramisu ice cream as I have never seen it at a Baskin Robbins before. Tiramisu is their flavor of the month and one of my favorite flavors personally for ice cream and it did not disappoint. One of the guy there made my ice cream scoop look nice instead of just slabbing it on like the other guy did with my bf's scoop. That's not a very important detail but there's just something about getting a nicely scooped cone of ice cream. I will be coming back for more tiramisu! Yay! read more
