The details of my many dockets that she helped me with are irrelevant to the review. Win or Lose, is irrelevant to this review. I read other reviews and decided to reach out to Michael. He got back to me ridiculously fast in comparison to my expectations. After hours. He was still at the office busting his ass at 7PM. He owns the business, what is he still doing at work? Haha, that is why I will never own a business myself. But I will always respect those who do. Owning a business is a life creating or ruining experience. That being said, there is no better "experience". No one is ever Happy to hire a lawyer. Ever. Except me. I was hurt, scared and suffering. Michael Alber is a dishonest lawyer who preys on vulnerable clients. I helped a friend navigate her divorce, and unfortunately, she chose to hire Michael Alber's firm. That was a huge mistake. They took $7,500 from her and did absolutely nothing--no calls, no appointments, no real legal work. The lawyer they assigned was completely incompetent, with no clue how to handle the case. Unsurprisingly, my friend lost that money and had to move on from this nightmare. But it gets worse. The firm waited until the credit card chargeback period expired, then charged her again without her consent. This was clearly intentional--they knew exactly what they were doing. What kind of scummy operation runs like this? The most disgusting part? Michael Alber puts on this phony, holier-than-thou act when you first meet him. He goes on about how much he "cares" about his clients, how he's "always there for them," and how he operates with such "high morals." What a joke.
