Changed pricing in extreme amounts for court documents upon request. 7. Refused to tell the judge opposing counsel lied to the judge about family situation in court. 8. She is always out of town which is why I can assume she is never ready for court. The office will say "I'll have to get back to you Jennifer is out of town..." if they actually do answer a phone call. 9. She was on her phone during court when opposing counsel was questioning me. I kept looking at her for an objection. She just was looking at her phone. She told me after court she had another case she was working on and had to get to. Couldn't discuss mine. 10. Forgot to tell me court time and day was changed. 11. Wrote me a nasty email when I pointed out lack of due diligence. 12. 3 people quit and were fired while working on my case during a month time period. Turn over is an issue in this office.
