When I first reached out, I could not reach anybody, nor get anyone to call me back. It was discouraging. I almost had to drive over at one point because they were unreachable. They also do that thing where you have to have a consult, pay a bunch of money, and then have the procedure. The consult was about as informative as a quick Google search. Eventually, they also gave me an appointment card, but then when I tried to confirm the appointment later they told me I was not scheduled to see anyone. Fortunately I held on to the card so I could prove otherwise. They weren't exactly friendly along the way. When I went out for my appt/procedure, I was actually nervous that my wife and I had taken the day off only for them to not know I was on the books. That all passed, and I should say I liked Dr. Pomeroy well enough. Everything went well with the procedure last fall. Here we are now SEVEN MONTHS later and they finally got the bill out. I promptly paid it, and a week later they sent the bill again stating that it was due... um, I already paid it and have every verification possible to prove it to them. I would say look elsewhere based on the absolute mess that scheduling/communicating, I know I wish that I had.

The nurse practitioner I saw was excellent, but scheduling was difficult with a two week wait, even though my condition warranted an earlier appointment. Getting the results from the testing took five days which should have been reported to me the next day and getting a hold of a person for my results was difficult. All of us had a long wait in the office to see our practitioners, over 45 minutes or more. Just a mess.

I couldn't get access to any clinician (couldn't get past the officious receptionist). So I hung up & called a NP in the family, and was advised to get into the ER immediately. Bottom line - 3 weeks now since my heart attack and still NOTHING from my doctor or anyone in the practice. Pretty appalling. I am done with trusting my health to this place and I would never recommend anyone go there. But hey - maybe they just hated me...?

Much to his surprise he was told he could be seen on Friday. He has blood pressure issues that he needs help regulating. This morning (day of appointment) he was called by the office and was told his appointment was being cancelled because they only schedule one new patient a quarter and Dr Kaufman has apparently already had one this quarter! WOW! How was this my husbands problem...He didn't force them to schedule him. Poor customer service, and not handled with tact. Good to know before ever stepping foot in the office...
