I walked in to buy a few things but needed an employee to help me find something specific. An employee asked me if I needed any help so I asked her for what I needed. Upon getting to the section where I needed her help finding the specific item, she straight up started a conversation about a pilates studio with another customer just leaving me to stand there and wait for her. After about 5 minutes I went to check out with my one item and not the thing I needed her help finding. After I exited the store the whole situation started sitting with me wrong so I went in and returned the item. Upon walking out the employee gave me a nasty attitude looking me up and down and going "ookay" this employee was a taller African American woman with natural hair. I did not get her name. If I wanted to be treated like crap with mean girl energy I'd go back to high school. Do better bath and body works. read more

I love the wide selection of scented lotions, creams, candles and other items at Bath and Body Works. Their Men's section has slowly and steadily grown through the years, with more bold scents. A great thing. One of the ladies working in here came by and explained to me about all the specials they had that day (which really is almost every day....they have specials very frequently). This was an interesting Bath and Body Works. It's a toiletry shop mixed with a candle store. I remember when this brand used to only be toiletries! This is a nice store though and seems to have been recently remodeled. My visit was right before Mother's Day, so they had a lot of gifts geared towards mom. The candle portion of the store is called "White Barn," I have smelled these candles before and I really do like the scent. I have a few at home, so I have yet to actually buy from this place. Prices here are better than Yankee Candle though. I mainly only buy from this franchise after Christmas when they have 75% off clearance, but they usually have some type of deal going on. My favorite product from this store is the hand soap, there are so many amazing scents. This B+BW even had a variety of sinks throughout the shop so you can really get a feel for their products before buying. I do really like this feature! Other than candles, the big seller here is scented lotion! The prices and sizes range quite a bit, so be sure to look through the whole store before buying if this is your first time visiting. read more

I love Bath and Body Works. They always have some type of deal going on. This location was busy. It's organized. I love the Frosted Coconut Snowflake scent. I actually came to this store to purchase hand cream (it was on sale). But they didn't have any in that scent. The associate who assisted me was nice and helpful. They now have a rewards app--you earn points from every purchase, which turn into free items. Coupons also download to the app so you don't have to worry about pulling up emails at checkout or bring physical copies. All of the items make great gifts. They even carry gift bags and box sets for Christmas. read more

Love their products! Always excited when they release a new line! My current favorite is the Bora Bora scent which is a citrus based scent. Absolutely amazing and fresh! Can't wait to see what else they come out with! My favorite part about Bath & Body Works is that they have testers which allows you to try out the scents. I went in for candles and ended up buying aroma therapy products for a nice lady who works at my local bakery (as an after Christmas gift). The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave me suggestions and I noticed that they were very welcoming to each and every customer that walked in. Even after Christmas this store was organized and the displays were sleek. As always the store is decorated based on the time of the year. I love the look of all holiday wall plugins.i took advantage of the 5 for $23 refills. I purchased 7 so I can get $10 off the $30 or more purchase. Right away I am greeted and asked for help. As per the bill/invoice we purchased products worth $176. Due to some sort of misunderstanding with the cashier yesterday she forgot to put 13 bottles of body spray. We brought everything back today to show the Manger Shirley that we had a few items missing from yesterday. She looked at our bags and said it does look like you'll purchased stuff worth $176. We told her again, there were things on sale and we purchased a lot of stuff and we didn't receive some stuff. She took us to the cashier and told Ley scan all these products and tell them it's $176. Ley thought we came to return the products and told us where are the remaining products, then I had to explain to her all over again. She was really sweet and apologized for the misinformation given by her manager. Shirley thought or assumed that we were trying to shoplift. However, Ley was super friendly and got everything we missed out on and we left. Shirley needs to be fired ASAP for passing on the wrong information and making us look like thief's. I've uploaded a picture of the invoice. Ley you are freaking awesome and you deserve a promotion. I'll admit it. There's no shame in my game. I'm a little bit of a germaphobe (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Germaphobe). So what? I'm in love with Bath & Body Works pocket bacs. Their mini bottles of hand sanitizer line the clean, white shelves in bright colors and fantastic scents. They even have special seasonal scents. I just got a few the other day that are for Mother's Day that have cute little labels that say things like, "I Love You, Mom" and "Hot Mama". The pocket bacs are usually 5 for $5. You can't beat that. Their candles are pretty amazing. The huge candles are 2 for $30 I think, and the smaller ones range from $3.50 to around $10. I stock up on different scents with the small candles for $3.50 a piece and light them depending on my mood. The employees are always really friendly here and willing to help you find anything you need in the store. I've never encountered anyone working there that has been rude. If you sign up with your email at the register, they'll send tons of coupons. I'm constantly getting things in the mail for free signature items with a purchase or money off an order over a certain amount. You can also use your Victoria's Secret Angels credit card here. That's dangerous. Two of my favorite stores. One card. Keep me away from the mall! read more

This Bath & Body Works is located in Aventura Mall on the 2nd floor. It's my favorite place to find simple products that will make me smell delicious. The best thing about them is their constant buy 3, get 3 free sale, among others. My favorite has always been Japanese Cherry Blossom everything. I also took advantage of another sale where you can buy 5 little hand sanitizers that smell like heaven in any flavor, for $6. I can never have enough hand sanitizers for my job, lol As soon as you enter, your nose is filled with all these different smells, so if you have allergies like me, it might start off with a sneeze. But I push through it cause the products are great! This location has a lot of sales consultants; I actually think they might have too much cause they come from all sides and continually ask if you need help. They will provide you with a little bag though so you don't have to hold so many products in your hands. This store has always been super organized, clean, and never has a line. It's a great store and always has always had great deals. read more

This review is based on this specific locations customer service. Any and all products from Bath and Body Works are the same no matter if you buy them online or in a store so my opinion on those things don't matter much. What does matter is the incredible customer service at this location. Last week I took a few days off of work to celebrate my birthday. I decided to head to Aventura mall on a Friday to treat myself yet again. I was welcomed by a friendly woman and then approached by another woman who asked if I needed help. Over the next 20 minutes of shopping I was welcomed and helped by 4 different employees, many of them offering up their favorite scents and informing me of a coupon online! I'm a friendly midwestern by heart so I love chatting with people so I fully enjoyed talking to all the employees. If you don't like people maybe you should shop online because this location is chatting and will ensure you are fully helped! Great job guys! read more

I have one word for this shop... smellies! I can't live without them. This location always has some sort of sale going on in which to attract me. Thanks to this shop, my body smells like sea island cotton or Apple orchard, and my flat smells like fresh linen and pineapples. You do kinda get nabbed at the front door by staff dying for you to take a bag so you can fill it up when I really just want to be left alone. I will spend my fortunes in this shop anyways. At least twice a year you will find me here for the sale on Wallflower fresheners when they sell them for $5. I love them. I have a big ole stinky dog who weighs about 90lb and loves to lay herself along the sofa all day when we are not home. I would be lying if I said my house doesn't STANK of dog (and sometimes Ms. Sneaky Cat "Snickers" who has decided that living inside is wayyy more fun than sleeping outside in the garage). //My fault for feeling the pity of anything living outside in the frigid winter of '09-'10)// At least twice a year B&BW have a major sale on their wallflower products. Wallflowers are plug in air fresheners with screw in bulbs filled with liquid oils. They are awesome and together with their 75% off essential oils which I burn when guests are coming over (to try to offset the stankiness of my beloved dog), I can't lose when they have their semi-annual sales. The staff here are very friendly and helpful but not pushy. They are knowledgeable about what they are selling and they are quick to check you out. And as always in places like this, you go in with a budget of $20 and come away spending $60. How'd they do that??? The store carpet could do with a cleaning or replacement though. read more

For me this place is dangerous. I rarely drop a lot of money anywhere, but here I an easily spend a hundred dollars in one round, then turn around and come back in the next day and do it again. There are always coupons and deals. Do not ever buy things full price here. read more

Great customer service from Kenia. She handled the situation perfectly. But the young girl that she asked to help us was horrible. The mix up was about two small bags that each had four items in them. The girls I was with didn't want the scents in the bags and exchanged the originals scents with ones they wanted. I believe the name of the cashier was Wea or something similar to that. Well, she tells the girls that she's going to change them back to the original scents that were in the little bags because well, just cause. The girls told her they didn't want the original scents. She didn't explain anything she just talked to another cashier to confirm something and went to change them. By this time i was upset because why should they buy the bags now that they have scents that they didn't want. KENIA being the great observer she is saw that our group was upset about it and asked us what the problem was. We explain it to her and she helps us by replacing the scents, apparently this didn't sit well with the cashier. She comes back with the bags with the scents we requested and slams them on the table in front of us. Then goes on a rant about how we should have told her before going to management. When we clearly explained that we didn't want the original scents and she decided to change the bags back anyway. Just to make it clear Bath and Body works isn't getting the bad review its the young girl that has no type professionalism at all. I guess it was a bad day for her but still does not give her an excuse to act that way. read more

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this store I have an issue. My latest is with "John" the manager not even wanting to take my phone call when I realized I had not received my email receipt (which I didn't want in the first place as I asked for a paper copy). I always buy my foam hand soap at Bath & Body so I always get the sale deal. Today when I left the store and checked my account I was overcharged $10. THEY CAN'T EVEN PROVIDE ME A COPY OF MY RECEIPT! THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO COME BACK TO THE MALL (which ISN'T around the corner) for my receipt. Now, even though I really needed them and love them I will be back at the store as soon as it opens tomorrow to get ALL MY MONEY BACK!! EVEN THE ITEMS I REALLY WANTED ARE ALLLL GOING BACK! I come here for almost all my home needs. They have everything from bathroom to kitchen supplies. They always mail out coupons and you can use more than one in a single purchase. More like per item.
