The service is severely lacking here. We were on a shopping spree, but could not find anyone to let…read moreus into a dressing room to try things on. One lonely cashier had her hands full working the register. So we waited till a couple of ladies were done with their dressing rooms and took over before the door slammed shut. I generally like the merchandise here, but also learned that a lot of the colors here fade extremely in the was (yes, I followed the instructions). Really never put any colors purchased here with anything not of the very same color, unless you're looking to dye a few things. The ladies (now there were 2) were nice enough at the check out. When they asked who helped us, we did let them know that no one could be bothered. We did see a cluster of other employees standing around apparently having a little chat session... it's a rather frustrating scenario.

The soaps, scents, bath balms, and lip balms all made in-house. They had lots of gift items for both men and women but mostly a girly shop. There were also a few items for the Indy 500 fan in need of a t-shirt, fanny pack, or jewelry. They do offer various events through-out the month that they hold in the store. These can be found on a chalkboard in the store and also on Eventbrite. I imagine their Facebook page also has this information. They also had some cute clothes and in the back corner are a few preloved clothes. They had candles as well! I will be stopping back in next time I need a cute gift for the girlfriend's in my life.

They Wanted to over charge me, the woman said i get a discount for purchasing over a certain amount THE lil kid lookin dude wanna tell me how they wont give me the discount. im guessing it was his mother who said they would when i got to the counter an on top of it i wanted to buy diamond gel polish that had a lable sayin "$8" an he wanted to raise it saying $12 an how prices raised and laughed at me. His mom had him do $10 instead but still. The sign on the door says prices raise on 8/6 an its 8/1. He said "can you read?!" Sir, i fluently speak English. Yea i can, yall must have put the wrong date on the door and should abide by the prices YOU have labeled. Also walked around following me through the store acting like I was stealing, constantly staring the whole time! He Had a stank attitude with me the whole time. Boxes EVERYWHERE, not clean at all. Couldnt even walk down the Isles. There was a nasty cup of water and looked like backwash old food mixed in a cup just sitting on the cash register right in front of the customer. I asked the dude how much it was for the pedicure technician chairs and he told me $180 when they're only $80 on Amazon an $100 on nail supply equipment websites. Let's also mention how all of the polishes look like they have been sitting there for years yet are so much more than any other nail supply store in the area. I'm honestly astonished how you guys are still open or get customers. That was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced nor witnessed i was shocked, And for someone who has worked in Customer Service my entire life that says a whole lot. I'm pissed I even gave them my money, there is a reason why the lady does not work in a nail salon yet in a supply store but sells overpriced nail classes, customer service isnt there. She sat there watching how the man treated me but didnt say anything at all. Then as i leave he walks outside to smoke a cigarette. But that was OK. I still got a farmhouse soap, farmhouse laundry detergent, the farmhouse oil, and a dryer ball. I loved the farmhouse smell. As you can tell. The smells are a lot softer not as strong smelling. They have a product,I can't wait to try. It is shampoo in a bar so I will definitely be back to try this product and some of the other soaps also. I wasn't completely sure of what to expect when walking in on a Friday morning but Andi made sure we quickly well versed. Blending and mixing scents are free but then you pay for the product you want. Make sure to bring your phone so you can save all your scents and follow instructions. We had a blast trying to come up with our signature scent for my birthday and then for our husband's. I want to go back so I can come up with more scent combinations!

Our host had us wash our hands but didn't explain the process or demonstrate what to do. I suggest ensuring the hosts support their groups by explaining what to do and how to do it. I noticed her do it for others but not us. Thankfully, I had visited before and was able to help the rest of our group get started. Overall, it's a fun experience with a great atmosphere. I'd recommend it for a date night, girls' outing, or just something different to do.
