I haven't purchased anything from B and B since middle schools days but I saw that they had revamped everything. Walked pass the store and saw that they had a sale so decided to maybe purchase something. No one greeted me, no one helped me, and the lady at the countered was so cold. She took the stuff from me, did not acknowledge me, and hurriedly gave the receipt. This entire time, she didn't say anything to me. I asked if I could get another bag because she shoved 9 lotions into a small bag. I saw that the cash register next to hers had the large paper bags and I asked if I can get one. She said no and gave me another small plastic bag. OIY. I dont know if I was there on the wrong day or what. It seems that everyone has has had friendly service. read more

Walked in to the store before going to dinner. Never greeted or asked if I needed help. One worker was in the computer and another was in back talking to her friends about the previous weekend. After wandering around looking for an item another lady walked in and she was greeted and helped. I waited until she was done helping the other lady before I confronted Nicole (who sadly was the manager) why she couldn't bother to help me but she could help the customer who came in after me. This store really needs to work on their customer service skills. Oh and the worker who couldn't help me that was on the computer said her foot hurt too much to get up and assist me. Maybe she shouldn't be working if that is the issue. read more

I was here last week looking for a candle holder for my mother and salesperson Nicole went above and beyond my expectations in customer service. She was so helpful and has such a great personality. The employees of bath and body works are always nice but Nicole was exceptional. This location is always well presented and organized. If they are out of something they offer to hold it aside when it comes back in stock. I love this store. read more

The Bath & Body Works store on Birch Street in Brea is by far the best place to shop for your favorite BBW items. I have many reasons why I love this store and will not shop at any other BBW location: 1) The staff is always there to greet their customers with a hello and a smile, very friendly and are very helpful. If something is not on the shelf they will see if it is in backstock. Kat, Brittany, Melinda, Amy, and everyone else on staff know their stuff . They go the extra mile to make sure that I get the best use of my coupons and save me money. 2) The store is always clean and put together...very inviting and quaint. I love the atmosphere and the layout. Very easy to find what I want and more. 3) They really know how to market their promotions... I ended up walking away with additional tips on how to use my wallflower bulbs in my oil burner...good job Melinda. Bottom line....I will not shop at any other BBW store. Best store ever. read more

I actually like this Bath and Body works more than the one inside the Brea mall. It's more calm and the music isn't blasting loud. Also,chances are you'll find more options on clearance items here since it's doesn't get as crazy as the mall one during the sales read more

We're in the middle of a pandemic and I have been struggling to find hand soap and sanitizer. I went to a few other bath and body locations that had said they were "open" and of course they were all closed because nobody updated their business hours. I'm not sure about the business hours here but it's Saturday and they are open. Staff was super friendly and keeping the store clean and sanitized as much as possible. I found plenty of soap and hand sanitizers, I feel so much better. read more

My friend and I strolled into Bath & Body Works after having dinner and realizing we missed the movie we had been waiting to watch, whoops! No better way to pass time than come here to try out the hand scrubs and lotions at their sink, scents, and candles. It doesn't really get too crowded. I prefer this location over the one in the Brea Mall. We were helped by a guy with dark hair and beard (gosh I'm horrible with names sorry) and he was super sweet and honest. He helped my friend choose the right items for her fragrance needs. That is when we had the pleasure of meeting Lewis! He is simply a lovely human being and really made my visit to this store enjoyable. read more

This by far is the best location I've been to. I've always been greeted at the door and they kindly show me their new scents and promotions. They always tell me to ask them if I have any questions. More than once, they've showed me scents that I might like just by asking what kind of scents I like. They are always willing to help and always show me where something is. This store is amazing. What's happened to BBW. It used to be such a great place, but now it's just another store. I remember when I used to get gifts from there all the time, but now they sell stuff you could get anywhere. I think that's what has killed the appearl of BBW. It's just another place where you can get stuff that you can get anywhere else. read more

They always have Awesome deals each time I come. It's easy to spend at least 20 min here trying each different smell of the tester lotions, candles, etc. There's so much stuff to see throughout the store so take it slow. Great ideal gifts to give to your friends. read more

I was at Bath and Bodyworks on Birch today for the candle sale. There was an incident where a woman fainted. I just want to commend the employees who were quick to take action and call the paramedics as well as quickly clearing the area of shoppers for the medical personnel to arrive. Before that happened I noticed the employees were all so helpful and accommodating the shoppers finding things they needed and asking what they could help them with and it was all done with sincere helpfulness. The store in general was amazing! Walked in with my husband while we were just killing time and Ali greeted us. Couple of things i need to say, first of all she's the cutest associate i have ever seen! She's the definition of a Bath and Body Works employee. Second of all, she made such great conversation with us, its as if we had known her before entering the store. Third of all, our killing time experience turned into a full bath and body works experience. She introduced me to my new favorite scents, and helped my husband pick out a new cologne for himself. Worked well with us to get the buy 3 get 2 free promotion on top of all that we got new scents for our new home, some candles and wall flowers and not to forget we got my husband a car scent as well for his new car! Honestly, i highly recommend going and visiting this store especially to shop with Ali. Ive had a couple bad experiences at another bath and body works, so i was a bit skeptical about going into Birch St's but overall, so happy i did! read more
