Updated 2.10.26: They had a great sale on their men's products, so I ordered online and to save on shipping, I picked up in store at this location again. Online pick up yet again went easy and fast and my order was correct. Not only were we greeted when we walked in, but also told to have a good day on our way out. Went in during the Semi Annual sale. I wasn't even greeted , or offered a bag to put my products. Grabbed a gift bag off the table to use instead. I went there on December 11, 2023 to pick up my online order. I got there after they closed and their gate was down and they saw us looking in and asked if they could help us and we told her we were going to pick up an online order, but didn't realize they closed. They were so kind and opened up their gates and let us in and got us our order! They were all super kind about it, and friendly, and went above and beyond! We really appreciate them, they saved the day, and I think it was my last day to pick up that order to, so I was super grateful! read more

I love this place. I have a weakness for burning candles all the time at home. After trying many other brands elsewhere, I have found I like bath and body works best. Great fragrances, long burning, and really good sales promos. And the people who work 3 are always friendly and helpful.I love their body washes, lotions and body sprays too. New fragrances come out about 4 times a year and its fun to match the scents to various holidays! read more
