I had one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had because of an employee named Kimberlee. From the moment I walked into the store, she acted like helping customers was a burden. When I asked a simple question about the difference between two fragrances, she rolled her eyes, sighed, and gave me a short, sarcastic answer before walking away. Later, when I went to check out, her attitude didn't improve. She barely acknowledged me, seemed annoyed every time I spoke, and acted like I was inconveniencing her by making a purchase. Customer service is supposed to make people feel welcome, but this experience did the exact opposite. The store itself was clean and well-stocked, but one employee's behavior completely ruined the visit. If this is how customers are treated, I don't see myself coming back anytime soon. Hopefully management addresses this kind of unprofessional attitude because no one should feel uncomfortable or disrespected while shopping. Very disappointing experience overall. read more

Updated 2.10.26: They had a great sale on their men's products, so I ordered online and to save on shipping, I picked up in store at this location again. Online pick up yet again went easy and fast and my order was correct. Not only were we greeted when we walked in, but also told to have a good day on our way out. Every time I come to this location, staff is always nice and friendly. The store is always neatly organized, well stocked, and clean--and they always have the newest product available too. read more

Went in during the Semi Annual sale. I wasn't even greeted , or offered a bag to put my products. Grabbed a gift bag off the table to use instead. Cashier didn't even ask me me if I was a rewards member, which I am, and quickly took my coupon. No thank you's. Shop at at the BBW in Spokane Valley. Better Customer Service. I went there on December 11, 2023 to pick up my online order. I got there after they closed and their gate was down and they saw us looking in and asked if they could help us and we told her we were going to pick up an online order, but didn't realize they closed. They were so kind and opened up their gates and let us in and got us our order! They were all super kind about it, and friendly, and went above and beyond! We really appreciate them, they saved the day, and I think it was my last day to pick up that order to, so I was super grateful! read more

I love this place. I have a weakness for burning candles all the time at home. After trying many other brands elsewhere, I have found I like bath and body works best. Great fragrances, long burning, and really good sales promos. And the people who work 3 are always friendly and helpful.I love their body washes, lotions and body sprays too. New fragrances come out about 4 times a year and its fun to match the scents to various holidays! read more
