Service outside of the lady at the jewelry counter was terrible. The store was an absolute mess needing massive recovery and the carpets looked like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. Not even vacuuming them. Belk is such a great company and the need to invest more payroll and attention to cleanliness and service at this store. I really appreciate the customer service from the lady in jewelry she was so nice and very helpful. The store environment was dreadfully hot, understaffed and poorly managed.

I always frequent the kids clearance area to look for deals for my kids as they grow so fast so why pay full price for something when you can get a deep discount especially if they will outgrow it in a few months (if we are lucky). It also has a Starbucks inside on the right hand side as you walk-in for you to get a snack and/or drink to ensure as you do your shopping. Plenty of parking in their own parking lot. Oh and if you don't want to talk to anyone or want to feel like you work there they have self-check-out lanes.

It was easy to find pieces that could possibly be worn together as an outfit since the clothes were grouped together by coordinating patterns or style. Both employees were pleasant. One in particular was very helpful with helping us search for items on the website since the size my mother needed was not available in store. And since we choose ship to store, since it's free to ship to the store, we will definitely be going back to pick up the items.
