Came here to shop for xmas, but 1st I called to see what time they closed. I was told 9p, but internet says something different. So the cashier told me to hold and I drove from North Hollywood all the way to Glendora and held on the phone over 37 minutes she never came back to the phone to tell me what time they closed. So I asked for manager and I told Tanya what happened. See the pictures for proof. I was waiting to purchase my items at the cash register. The worker with the reddish blonde hair in a ponytail heavy sighed and rolled her eyes at me! Then she proceeded to turn to her co worker and go * heavy sigh can you help her. Then gave me a dirty look and walked away. I tried to find a survey on my receipt to complain but no such luck. This place is very convenient. I love that it's not in a mall like most of them. Parking at malls is crazy. The women here are super attentive and friendly. Becky helped me. She was nice and brought me a shopping bag since I was struggling carrying everything. This one is a decent sized on. They don't have a lot of large hand sanitizer in the pump size. Their hand sanitizer minis are very popular. There weren't a lot of full boxes. They were having a sale for hand soap 6 for $24. I may go back for that. read more

Beware of customer service lady who will find every reason to not honor your coupons. I received a coupon of $10 off $30 in my email, which is also advertised on their website. I saved the coupon on my phone then deleted the email. The lady at the cashier rejected it. She insisted that I show her the original email on my phone to prove that someone didn't give me the coupon. While I was frantically searching my phone to see if I could locate the email in the trash file, she also gave the next customer a hard time about using her coupon for a reward. She turned her away and told her to call customer service. I have shopped at numerous BBW locations and have never once experienced this problem. Customer service at other locations has always been very helpful at trying to get their customers the best deals. Some even told me about coupons that I didn't know of. I am not sure if it is this location that has a more strict coupon policy, or if this particular cashier just has a power trip issue, but I will not be returning here. read more

I recently started coming to this location since my local store is still closed and I needed to get my fall holiday fix. I love how nice and welcoming the staff is. I wish I get everyone's name who helped me to mention the on this post but every encounter I had with the staff was pleasant. Not only did it seem like they genuinely wanted to help me but idk they were so cheery it just made me feel so good! Shopping here is great. I feel one hundred percent comfortable shopping at bath and body works. They only allow a few customers in at a time Which is ausome but the price u have to pay is waiting in line. Luckily I was able to get in line before it got 2 long. Went to this store that I've been coming to for years. All of a sudden they don't take 3rd Party app coupons anymore. So the cashier tells me to use the app to get a coupon but the store is in a dead zone at the register and tells me to go all the way to the front to download the app. Sorry,but I've got 3 kids with me and you just helped out the male customer in front of me and I am your only other customer in the store on a Monday afternoon, but you can't help me? I was purchasing over $60 in products and decided to do my business at a different location after WASTING 30 minutes of my time at your store. You helped out some guy that I doubt had the app like you claimed but you can't help a mom? Wow. Last time I shop there. You'd get ZERO stars if I could do that. read more

I arrive at the door at 8:50, person standing in front of the door and won't let anybody in. First she say the store exceed the capacity. When customer walk out she said the manager is not letting anyone in. I drove 20 mins over and 10 mins before closing they won't let me in. They should have change the closing hour to 8:50!!!! read more

I did go back and am unsure if the cashier I encountered the first time quit or was let go (one can hope) but the entire staff was so pleasant. Can't say that I would have gone in here had I not been with someone who wanted to stop in and I can't say that I'll stop in again unless I'm under similar circumstances (for obvious reasons). Our time in the store was pleasant. I was expecting to walk out with a headache due to the overpoweringly sweet smell of some of the products, but the store wasn't packed with that smell (there were pockets of it every so often). This store is not as large as other ones although it has always been clean, neat, and staff have been friendly when I've shopped here. For a smaller store, they do have a decent-sized selection and are usually well stocked. If you're near this one, it's located in a plaza where you can decide to shop, eat, and/or watch a movie. I like shopping at Bath & Body Works during their sales. I especially love the Semi-Annual sales usually held in January and July (just remember the "J" months ending in "y"). Those are the times you can stock up on items. For Black Friday, they're open midnight this year! It's great if you receive either via receipt survey or mailed coupons $10 off a $30 purchase. It's even better when you receive a coupon for an item (up to a specified value) with ANY purchase!--Yes, ANY! For example, you can buy something for $1-2 and receive another item up to $10-12 for FREE! If you get these coupons, take advantage of it! They even send you one for a free travel size item.--You can just come in and trade your coupon for that item without buying one thing. You probably have to shop first to start getting those coupons, so get your shop on! read more

I love, love, love, love, love the after Christmas sales!!! I picked up quite a few things for under $20 which include deeply discounted jars of body cream, hand soap, and body lotion. I usually do a one stop shop every year because of the sale and it is always fund to walk in a smell everything. This location is kind of hidden so if you are looking for it it is directly across from the AMC theater. The staff was friendly and attentive and I will most likely be back. read more

Although I do like shopping here, the way they handle online orders is not great.I had placed an order at 9am, received an email saying it was ready for pick up around 3pm and still had to wait a little over 10 minutes when I checked in because they were still picking out my items and other orders, instead of my order actually being ready for pick up. Was at the check out area when the customer service staff member working with me was more interested in answering the phone then talking to the manager. She had already started my purchases when she started ignoring my requests. Had to ask them 4 times & still didn't have her work with me. That kind of service tells me I'm unimportant to their business my requests don't matter nor do I. Yes the store wants business & people buying but don't request a special need. It's conveniently located in a plaza close to a 24 Hour Fitness, AMC, Envy Spa, B&N, Best Buy, Subway, Chipotle, etc. Great customer service and helpful staff. The staff is super friendly! I'm not from the area, but I always make the drive to this location. In regards to COVID, I feel very safe in the store. I see the employees wiping down the products as well as maintaining their distance. The store always looks well organized as well. I love the location of this B & BW because it's not in a mall but at outdoor shopping center. They always have a lot of staff. You're always greeted at the door. They'll offer you a shopping bag, ask if you need help finding stuff, and ask if you want to try a lotion. I love their app bc they always have great coupons (and I always forget mine at home so this is super helpful). You can earn points by shopping and redeem them for free product. The store is always clean and well stocked. I went in during a really busy time during the holidays and they must have had like 7 people at the cash register, which is awesome with that many shoppers. The super long line ended up being like a 5 minute wait. When I was being checked out there was no rush and I was even able to add an item or two to my purchase. The staff stayed friendly during the rush which is impressive. I've been going to this location for years now and I highly recommended it! read more

when i first saw the signs of a new bath & body works opening in my little hometown of glendora, i thought...how well can this store really do over here?? well, i stepped in for the first time today. the aroma of all the diff lotions drew me in. and it's doing so much better than i thought. there were lines! i haven't bought anything from bath and body works in forever. my nose is very sensitive. i can only stand certain smells on me. the rest just make me sneeze or give me a headache. my favorite scent from here is country apple. i was the country apple girl. anytime anyone smelled country apple, they thought of me. it was my signature smell...much like my signature laugh. but they discontinued the body cream which was a big bummer! they still have the lotion but its just not the same. today, i decided to try a diff scent. it seemed appropriate that i give the mango mandarin a try. it smells good...and so far, no nausea or headache. i am already known as the mango soju girl...now i'll be smelling like mango too! buy 3 get 1 free! read more
