Everything plant we purchased there in 2022 is starting to bloom this year, nothing died. And besides what's listed above, we've purchased other things to help in the yard and around the house. We are always greeted nicely by those at Sutherland's and have found them helpful every time we've asked a question of them. We will continue to go back to this nursery/hardware store as long as we have the need. Was assigned this company through home shield services for a Dishwasher that wasn't draining. The…read moreservice rep said it was the pump and he had to order the part. On a whim I ran the dishwasher the next day and it drained fine, assuming a clog or something came lose from me and him messing with it. I assumed I wouldn't get a reimbursement from home shield so the service rep offered to replace the pump anyways. While preforming this repair the service rep busted a pipe under my sink without telling me. Now I have to get a plumber to come out and fix his mess for something that didn't need to be fixed to begin with. Will never use again.

Took him almost a month to get the part, only replaced the ice maker which still doesn't work. Tech won't return texts or calls to rectify the issue. The owner finally returns my calls and tells I have to go through AHS to pay another service fee for them to come back out and fix an issue they failed to fix on the first visit.

She contacted the store immediately for a refund. They said they had brought it in from the wharehouse in OKC so she would have to contact them for the refund. So stupid - if they brought it in from China would she have to contact China?? The store where she bought it is responsible - they are just taking advantage of her. She contacted the wharehouse in OKC and they said since she paid by check she would have to wait up to 14 days to receive a card with her credit on it and that she could only spend it at Lowe's. She was willing to trade out the non-working dryer to get a replacement dryer from Lowe's. Was not offered as an option since they are forcing her to go through the OKC wharehouse. Now she is without a clothes dryer waiting for this to be resolved. What kind of Customer Service is this?? Terrible!! Following the Golden Rule?? Never!! Treating you like a Good Neighbor??
