I usually come in with an idea of what I need, it's convenient to sample the product lines, it isn't always necessary for a clerk. They supply tissues and makeup remover, so you don't walk around with five different shades of pink on your hand! Thanks to Sephora, I discovered the Armani line and it works really well with my skin. Sephora also has their own makeup line and it's priced very competitively. I even looked at the perfumes and no one approached me.
