Honestly, I wanted to take a moment to show appreciation to the staff that work today. The greeter- blonde lady, she was super friendly, welcoming and give a quick rundown about today's sales. The star of today is the male cashier. He is super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond for the customers he serviced, including me. Sometimes, shopping "locally" is not ideal... but hats off to him. I don't remember his name but I will look at my receipt to ensure his name is attached to this kudos. His personality was so amazing and much needed since I am extremely tired from tennis and also contemplating how I'm going to sneak all of my shopping bags in the house w/o judgment from the husband. read more

I had a good shopping experience but when I got home and started putting my stuff away after dinner, 1 of my body sprays was missing from my bag. It's disappointing because now I have to drive up there tomorrow and get what I paid for which was not in my plans. When you pay for something as pricey as this economy is, you expect to get what you paid for. From now on, I can't shop at this location unless I count my items before I leave. I like B&BW. Normally pop in to pick up body creams or to smell things that I might be interested in and sometimes buy from them or other times buy them from eBay or elsewhere. This particular location is always clean and well staffed with friendly associates. I tend to prefer freestanding stores like this one versus malls. Parking here is always ample and easy. Yesterday was CANDLE DAY. An annual promotion that people wait for where reams of delicious candles (normally $25) sell for $10. Those are 14.5oz/3 wicks. The website sold out fairly early in the day so I was forced to go to the store. I went to three other locations earlier in the day and the lines were all too long so I kept it moving thinking I'd try my luck @5 in the morning to beat the crowds. I called this location and the guy on the phone said they had PLENTY of candles and didn't have a line - that I should come now. My fear was that either could change quickly so I decided to pull up. I got there @5.20p. Well, yeah, uhm....he either exaggerated or was lying because when I arrived there were about 60 people ahead of me lol - all social distancing - which made the line seem even longer than it was. After an hour+ wait, I finally got inside the store and did my thing. I originally went to buy two or three candles and ended up with six. They all smell so delicious that I could have bought another six!!! Candles here are much more intense than Yankee Candle or some other brands, and smell so good it feels like you could lick them! Hot Cocoa & Cream and Gingerbread Marshmallow smell completely edible. These candles pop! I bought: - Peach Bellini - Hot Cocoa & Cream - Black Cherry Merlot - Eucalyptus Rain - Watermelon Lemonade - Gingerbread Marshmallow I went there looking for Lavender/Cedarwood Aromatherapy, Champagne Toast, Sugared Snickerdoodle, Strawberry Pound Cake and some of my other favorites but they unfortunately were sold out. The manager said I could exchange later when they got restocked. Feeling pretty good about the ones that I did purchase, I bounced up out of there. Invested about 2.5 hours in the whole process. As I was leaving it looked like there were 100 folks in a line as it snaked past the movie theater next door (which has a sheltered overhang) since it had started to rain. Despite the social media craze that B&BW has a candid exchange policy, they have yet to clearly define the truth behind that some stores honored and that's not their case. I went in with the screenshot of the internet post as well as B&BW return policy and was told by the manger Bernadette that my candies were too "used" to return and if I let them burn that much I must have liked them and refused to honor the stated policy on their website. read more

I've been to this bath & body works a few times and in all my experiences the staff working the floor are the most friendly and helpful retail workers ever. However, the staff on register...not so much. Most recently, I went on candle day and it was crazyyyy busy. I walked in and there were two lines all the way to the door. The workers on the floor were so helpful, nice and friendly. They went in the back to look for and grab candles that customers were looking for. They even walked around handing out candy canes and bottles of water (which was nice considering most customers were there for at least an hour). Although the store was packed, they did a good job of having the lines controlled and allowing for a little space for the customers still shopping. It's a shame I can't give them a full 5 stars. However, my experience with the staff on registers has just been so lack luster every time I've gone. This particular time the woman had an attitude and didn't seem to want to give me one of the reusable bags they were giving out. I had to ask 3 times and she tried to tell me they were all out (even though I could clearly see them behind her). Don't understand why she was being stingy with the bags but the cashier next to her was kind enough to intervene and make sure I had one. read more

The store has great options and they were fully stocked and it wasn't super busy on a Sunday afternoon. The only reason I'm giving the establishment 2 stars is because of the unprofessional and extremely rude employee at the register, Sabrina. She has poor customer service and shouldn't be working at the register or front end retail at that. Everyone else was extremely helpful and cheerful. read more

From the minute I entered the store, this bubbly young man was friendly, engaging and educated on the products. The store was in PRISTINE condition which was also a delight for me! They had the product I wanted IN stock and easy to find, along with another product I desperately needed. That Parrafin hand cream is amazeballs!!!
