Last week they had the promotion on lotions, body washes and body mists for $4.95, which normally retail at $17.95. Most of the time when my SO and I walked around the mall. I made sure to stop by to see what is new or to get my free items. Recently, they have a sign of 75% off. I checked them out and got a few products that I can use for my own. And some to give it to my colleague for her upcoming birthday. Lining up to pay, there was a long line but it went fast since there were 4 people that are manning the register. And I was able to get my free item as well without any issues. read more

I've tried to give this store several chances when visiting this mall, they've failed me time and time again. My first visit was last winter during the candle sale they have every year. They wouldn't give enough plastic wrapping for the 15 candles I bought. Ok simple enough I went to another location the next day, who was more than generous with the complimentary plastic wrapping that is displayed all over the store. The second time I came in they don't have any of the specific scent I am looking for nor do they offer any sort of assistance when I asked, can you check in the drawers as I can see when some employees pull out certain items for other customers. Lastly I went in yesterday for the fragrance sale they have: they have a current promo for 40% off. I ask to use several coupons I had saved in the app. Out of 3 she tells me only 1 can be used as the other 2 can't be combined with the store wide 40% off promo. Ok fair enough, no arguments here. Only to leave the store go online and find I could in fact use my 25% coupon on the 40% store wide promo. This store genuinely lacks in customer service and professionalism. read more

I went to pick up an online order I had placed. The cashier checked my order to make sure my order was correct. She paused briefly when she got to the item at the bottom of the bag. She proceeded to hand me my bag and thanked me for coming. I always check my purchases personally just to make sure I have the correct items. So when I got to the bottom of the bag, one of the body butters was the tester that is usally on display! It had the tester label on it and half of the product was gone. I was absolutely floored!! I got the cashiers attention and I didn't have to say anything. I just held up the container and she knew exactly why I was still there. She searched other bags waiting to be picked up and there was a brand new container in one of the other bags. She removed it from that bag, gave me that one and put the tester in that bag! I could not believe that. If they were out of the item, why not just say that? Normally I have no complaints about this store but this was so unacceptable. So moral of this story is to check your bag before you leave the store. read more

I love this store I do not like that the employees don't do enough to control the crowd. This is my review from the experience I had Saturday May 12, 2018. I was in line waiting to pay for my items and behind me there was a man standing in line not purchasing anything calling people same race as him in front of him. No one said anything because we did not want to be accused of being a racist. He was ready to start an argument if anyone said anything. WE should all be treated equal. This man was just standing there blocking the line with nothing in his hands just letting people in front of him while everyone else looked horrified and sacred to say anything. I did contact corporate about this incident and I'm sure someone will want this review delete from Yelp. If it was the other way around it would be all over the news. We should all wait for our turn at the register. read more

I ordered an online order and chose in store pick up and because of time sensitivity i went 3 hours after they opened and i didnt have a "Ready for Pick up" email. I get to the counter and i let them know im coming earlier because its only 3 lotions that said were available in store so i didnt think itd be an issue to get there 3 hours after opening and just pick my order right then and there. Nope. I asked the guy helping me if he could just go get the 3 little lotions real fast so i can continue with my day and every time all i got was "naah im sorry we cant do that, you have to wait until your order is ready" i found it sooooo ridiculous that the worker from the store COULD NOT HELP ME , as if the damn merchandise was being shipped or something like wtf ?! And then his coworker hears me asking the same question over and over again because i cant believe they cant leave from behind the counter to help the current customer theyre dealing with and she says "we open at 11 and we usually get those orders done within 2 - 3 hours" . Girl its 2 o clock ! So i leave and 15 minutes later i get an email saying my order is ready. Stupid system and stupid people . Products are good but goddamn , help the customers that are there in person , don't inconvenience them. read more

I've had nothing but good experiences ever since they remodeled the store. I love the white barn candles and their foam pump soaps. The employees seem more attentive now than before, my last visit had an employee checking the back for a product that hadn't even had on the shelf yet because I asked if they had a lotion similar to the scent of a candle they had out. AND I keep that lotion at my desk now, it is so moisturizing and smells so good. They have stylish accessories for their wall mounted plug ins, candle holders, and keychains to hold mini hand sanitizers. Plus they accept Victoria's Secret credit cards for payment. read more

I searched for a specific halloween candle holder as a gift for my daughter. She wanted one but couldn't find one. Many of the Halloween items are limited editions and gain in value I was told. Sadly there are a number of news reports online about the store employees buying them all and reselling for a profit online. When I found one available at the unscrupulous Palmdale location, I bought it online and paid by credit card. They charged my card and were to hold it for pickup. It is an 80 mile round trip for me. Just two days later someone at this store refunded my money and most likely bought it themselves or sold it to a friend. They lied and tried to say my card only had a temporary hold on it but the money immediately came out of my account. Then they refunded my purchase so they could steal it. Temporary credit card charges dont take the money out of my account. It would just put a hold on that amount. They would not have to issue a refund for a temporary hold amount. So two days later someone stole it and refunded my money. They said I took too long to pick it up. I understand if they are holding an item for a day or two waiting for the person to come in and pay but I had prepaid. Someone at that store needs to be fired for stealing my daughters gift from me. The Palmdale, CA location appears to hire lying and cheating managers and employees. Dont trust them! I'm waiting to hear their lying response. They said I took to long to pick up a prepaid item. 2 days? Really you thieves. What bothers me the most is their lies. read more

I like Bath and Body Works and I like the selection at this location. However, I really don't like the staff's over selling tactics. As soon as you walk in they bombard you with all the deals and special new items that they are offering. They insist that you use a blug B&B bag to shop and then watch you like a hawk as if you are going to shop lift everything that you try or look at. All of their items are also overpriced. For a small hand lotion tube it costs $5.00, For six soaps it costs $26. The only way to buy anything in this store is to buy in bulk to knock off a few dollars, and the only thing that I use that frequently are their hand soaps. All of their scents start to run together tangy, fruity, flowery. I only go here occasionally because I get overdone on all the scents and because of the dent it makes in my wallet. read more

The store was a bustlin' happenin' place last Saturday! There was a special event - an exclusive release of a new scent (Charming or something like that) with a $15 purchase. You got a cute pink makeup bag along with a full-sized lotion! Talk about steal! I loved it... it smells amazing. It gets release in September/October so look forward to that! Also - they were having a poll for the next new scent - you got to smell 3, and vote the one you liked the most. Hubby and I had tons of fun with that. B&BW... always great. I came in on Wednesday night & the only person on the sales floor was Mark. He greeted me & showed me the newest fragrances since I did not know what I wanted. He was extremely friendly, funny, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Everything he talked about I wanted to buy! He showed me around and after, let me do my shopping alone. Not once did I feel like he was bugging me or constantly asking if I needed help. I've never experienced such great customer service until Mark. There are many baths&body works around me but the one in the Antelope Valley mall will continue to have my business until Mark is no longer there. You're awesome Mark!!!! read more

I never write reviews... every time I come into the store everyone is so sweet. I went in the other day to return a few gifts I bout for family. ( ROXY was the person helping me at the register) I bought more than needed just in case my family didn't like some stuff I had multiple receipts for the items purchased and told her I would sort it out for her to make it easier and she rolled her eyes and said your returning all this? Why ? Very rudely and I explained these are left overs from what my family didn't want and she said " I'm not gonna waist my time going through these receipts to return your stuff I'm just gonna do it as a no receipt " and I told her I don't want store credit for these items because I paid with my debit card and she said sorry it's going on a store merchandise card. I was very upset and she was extremely rude, she didn't have any type of conversation with me at the checkout or offered me any type of service or asked if there's something else I might be interested in so and I can do an exchange in store I got nothing. read more

I love coming here; the sales people are so friendly! It is rare nowadays to go somewhere where everyone is always in a good mood. Their sales here are great. I like to get their hand soap for my kitchen and bathroom. I can usually pick them up for 4/$15. During the year they tend to have a lot of sales on their signature body care. Last year, I was able to pick up six items of my favorite scent for the cost of only three! I also have recently become a fan of their aromatherapy. I bought some items from their stress relief line and I honestly think it works wonders. A lot of their scents are seasonal so if you have a favorite, be sure to stock up! read more

I'll admit that I'm embarrassed to shop here. While I don't do it often, I still feel like everyone is staring at me while I shop here haha A friend of mine had this amazing eucalyptus mint hand soap and the memory hit me when I saw the store. I decided to head in and see if I could find it, and I did. they had the foamy soap, the scrubby soap, and the hand sanitizer. I bought one of each and for $20, I walked out with another scrubby and foamy soap and a second foamy soap in another scent. The girl who helped me was friendly and great. I'll definitely be back when I need more soap, though I don't see that being for a while now. read more
