The second time I went in I even had an appointment, apparently that did not matter. As I looked around the store I saw two employees doing absolutely nothing but letting the phone ring at the desk and the third employee was working by himself to try and size and fit the huge line coming in the door. I will not be returning this location again. Sad to see.
