Also, no music...which just feels weird when you're in there shopping. The card shelves are always a mess. I couldn't find a birthday card for my Uncle at all. (Was looking for Uncle specific) even in the area that was labeled Birthday for Uncle. They are expensive. I never buy paper or bows from here. Cards are a decent price, none different than anywhere else. But if you want a collectible it'll cost ya. Sometimes they do clearance tables with some decent stuff, but they jack in their prices. If you DO buy a collectible the help is good. They'll even wrap it for you if you say it's a gift. Takes a little time but they do a good job. I LOVE their ornaments. They do sell cheap candy. And they're good about asking you for your Hallmark card. They do not accept coupons that aren't printed, so don't try to show one to them on your phone.

They had a great variety of merchandise ranging from Rainbow Brite to Christmas ornaments and other things. And the service has always been exceptional. I was planning to buy a Rainbow Brite and Twink Christmas ornament as a gift for one of my sisters for her upcoming birthday in the next three months, which is set to be released ten days after the 4th of July this year, but now with this particular location closed (which is in a shopping center closest to my house), I'll be buying it online instead.

The young lady I asked said wait one and left. Came back a few minutes later with exactly what I wanted. And would you believe it was on sale. Listed price was $34 and change but was on sale for 16 and change. Good deal. This is a good store to browse around in because you never know what you will find.

I thought I was catching this craze at the end and they were more available now, my mistake. But they are being deceptive when selling these and they are regular price for exciting macaron. Mine is obviously fake after opening and has scotch tape on both ends of box so not "sealed" at all. After I opened it I did some research and others on tik toc have had the same issue from Hallmark Stores!! Same with the tape and all. Shame on you Hallmark, you got me.

I went in yesterday (August 6, 2018) looking for shoe laces. I tore one in a pair of Chucks I have and I didn't want to replace them with boring white laces like it had. I actually went to 3 other stores before having the idea of stopping in Claire's. The store manager showed me the two options they had and I went with a sparkly multi-colored set. I'm really surprised they didn't have more, but I'm happy with what she showed me. Length was perfect once I got home and put them in the shoes. I also bought a small 6-color eyeshadow palette. I wasn't looking for one, but the glitter caught my eye and I've been wanting some glitter shadow. Getting it home it's more like glitter gel than powder, but I like how it looks. They asked if I wanted to round up my purchase for the Make a Wish Foundation. I said sure. Cool the company does that. No online comment/survey. I would have happily filled one out but it's all good. Did search shoe laces on the website and the store had 2/3 options the company carries. Still odd to me they don't sell more, but like I said I'm happy with my purchase.
