I often get discouraged when I see long lines outside of the store like we had at covid times--but I do not mind the lines with BBW due to the fact that I can always count on that line moving fast! Once inside, the store is always nicely set up and organized and they have staff all over the store to guide you and answer any questions you may have. They have a scent for everyone! Air fresheners, lotions, bath soap, Hand sanitizers, candles car fresheners too! If for some really weird reason you've never been in here--I encourage you to go!
