My wife & I had looked at many bathroom shops & to be honest Bodywash was the only one who seemed to be interested in what we wanted. we dealt with a man called "Jim", he was very well informed about bathrooms & as such in the end we purchased nearly all our bits from him. They charge a one-off delivery fee of £30, but have already delivered some of the stuff we needed & kept in storage the bits we didnt need. for us, they were very good indeed.

The timeline that follows…read moreis absolutely unbelievable and probably my worse internet buying experience to date: 4 days after ordering - I received notice that two items were not available (despite the order being confirmed). 3 weeks, 3 days after ordering - I received half of the items with a had written scribble on the delivery note stating the remaining items were to follow. 1 month, 1 week after ordering - I emailed tooline who eventually told me they couldn't find my order. I sent them a copy! 1 month, 2 weeks after ordering - I still had no reply, when I enquired, tooline said my email must have gone into the spam folder! They told me that they would send the remaining items in the next few days..... 2 months, 2 weeks after ordering - I send another email asking where the remaining items were. I didn't receive a reply. 3 months, 1 week after ordering - I eventually receive most of the remaining items. No apology and still missing one item which I was billed for. I've asked for a refund and will go elsewhere next time.

We left and returned later to be met by the owner of the shop. There was a huge difference in him and the rest of staff as he knew and understood our needs and was also eagerly giving us suggestions and alternatives. His advise was sound and he did make a lot of sense. We really enjoyed purchasing our bathroom supplies from him and he also gave a good discount. I would definately buy from him again. Cons The only downside is parking - it is limited and you have to drive around looking for somewhere to park.

They then very very quietly did an automatic refund of an amount, directly into my account because I lived in a slightly closer delivery location than had come up on my order.
