I am extremely satisfied with Steve and his whole staff at Bats Unlimited. First, there inventory is abundant with top of the line softball bats and all accesories that coincide with the sport. Second, I have never met Steve nor his staff before and they greeted me as if I was family, especially when I came in with my crying baby. My son broke his existing bat in a tourney this past weekend, leaving him with no stick. A parent on our team directed me to the Bats Unlimited website. They had the bat we wanted, but seeing as how every retailer is short on inventory or sold out, I called to confirm availability. I have ordered bats from these guys for a couple years. The bats are always reasonably priced, they have a wide variety of options, and the delivery is always on time. However, the thing that sets these guys apart from the rest is their communication. Any time I have questions, they are easy to get a hold of.
