I had a bad experience with this company and I can not recommend them at all. The battery they sold me went bad in less than 6 months so I contacted them per the warranty. They made me jump through hoops getting it tested. I sent them the results showing that their junk battery was absolutely dead and they still refused to assist. My credit card company handled it well, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Very frustrating experience and definitely not a company you want to do business with. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SCAMMED US ON EBAY FOR $732. Posted Free Shipping and then said after placing the order Pick Up in Indiana 12 hours away from us. Tried to cancel within 3 minutes of placing the order and they processed it anyway and replied they have a no cancel policy and would ship to us for $400-$650. SCAM! Reported to BBB and saw there are others that they have scammed also. They knew we couldn't pick it up or pay that much shipping and post it so people think is free shipping Is only reason we purchased to begin with!! These batteries was for our 12 year old daughters christmas present that found out needed batteries. We saved to get enough to purchase and then got scammed from this company!!!! $732. Extremely poor service and item not as described. I would avoid and go with a larger brand name. So I received my online order for a rechargeable battery and the item was not as described (doesn't charge!). I called the number on the site after work the day the battery was delivered, but the store was closed. So I sent an email with all of my purchase information and with the reason for my request, I even forwarded my original invoice to make sure they had all the relevant information (this was their 1st chance). They replied the next morning saying to call them during business hours. I called and got transferred 3 times, finally got a lady who was rude and short with me, and who asked me to give her tons of information (2nd chance). She then told me in an irritated voice that she would email me a form I needed to fill out to give me an RMA # (couldn't she just generate it over the phone?). Apparently i would have to send it in and wait for an RMA number with return instructions. (We're not even close to being done.) Then I got the email later and filled out the form. I sent it back via email (3rd chance). A while later I get another email telling me that it was an old form and that I need to fill out a newer version!!! (4th attempt!). Are you kidding me? By my count I have provided all the information needed for a return 3 times and now you are asking for it a 4th time? I wrote back and asked if she could just fill it out, it was getting to be excessive. I got no reply so I am assuming this is just a tactic for them to dodge refund requests. Awful. read more

I have been buying batteries here for years and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. All types of batteries available at a good price and with kids still in the house, I feel like I am always buying a different kind of battery! Bought a motorcycle battery here 10-22-2013. 10 months later (August 2014) it is DEAD. I take very good care of my 'cycle batteries and they last between 3-4 years, which is considerably better than the average of 2 years. So, a battery that lasted only 10 months is junk. When I called the company they informed me that their warranty is only for 6 months (most warranties are for a full year). I am just out of luck with this, but I am warning you to use a different seller (and check the warranty!). read more

The local store in Jasper IN is great! They always have what I need and they put in for me if required. They even offered a less expensive solution when one was available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is not crowded and it's easy to find what I want although usually someone will ask if I need help as soon as I walk in. There's even free water in the frig by the door. It's my go-to place for any kind of battery. read more

Complaint Description: The seller provided inaccurate ordering information and then refused to accept a return when the battery arrived and was discovered to be incorrect.I ordered a new battery for a 2001 300 Kawasaki Bayou 4x4 and used the sellers application chart for my order.The ATV was stored for the winter so I intended to install the new battery in the spring . Hence the purchase in January 1 2015 and the install date of 3-1-15. I assumed the sellers application chart was correct so I fill the battery as instructed and the attempted to do the install. The battery dimensions are too large for for the application. I am now the owner of a battery of which I have no use. I can return the battery at my expense as the seller suggested via a phone conversation but I thought a charged battery was considered Hazardous by USPS but he said to empty the battery and mail it in a plastic bag. The seller latter retracted his offer on the return as he said it the order was older than 60 days. I have since read other poor reviews on this seller but alas I read them after the problem occurred. read more

Very negative experience with durability of heavy duty truck batteries. 18 month then won't hold charge. Don't know why fleet bothers with this brand other than probe getting steep discount. read more
